Description
本発明の他の目的は、粘着テープを貼付する部位が曲面形状や3次元形状を有する部位であっても、粘着テープの貼り合わせ施工作業が容易であり、且つ施工後の粘着テープの重ね合わせ部分の接着性が良好であり、防水性および気密性の確保を長期間にわたり維持することができる防水気密用粘着テープを提供することにある。
本発明のさらに他の目的は、住宅の構造体と部材との間の固定や、部材間の固定の際に用いられ、住宅内部への雨水の浸入を防ぎ、住宅内部での結露や腐食を長期間にわたり防止することができる粘着テープとして有用な防水気密用粘着テープを提供することにある。
基材は、ゴム製シートにより形成されている。ゴム製シートの素材又は材料としては、特に制限されず、各種ゴム組成物(例えば、合成ゴムや天然ゴムを含有するゴム組成物など)を用いることができる。ゴム製シートとしては、合成ゴムを主成分とするゴム組成物により構成されていることが好ましい。このような合成ゴムとしては、特に制限されず、例えば、ブチルゴム、ポリイソプレンゴム、ポリイソブチレンゴム、クロロプレンゴム、ニトリルブチルゴム、エチレン−プロピレンゴム(EPT)、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム(EPDM)、ポリブテンゴム、塩素化ポリエチレンゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン(SB)ゴム、スチレン−イソプレン(SI)ゴム、スチレン−イソプレン−スチレンブロック共重合体(SIS)ゴム、スチレン−ブタジエン−スチレンブロック共重合体(SBS)ゴム、スチレン−エチレン−ブチレン−スチレンブロック共重合体(SEBS)ゴム、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレン−スチレンブロック共重合体(SEPS)ゴム、スチレン−エチレン−プロピレンブロック共重合体(SEP)ゴムなどが挙げられる。合成ゴムは単独で又は2種以上組み合わせて使用することができる。
非自着・非離型性被膜層は、非自着性および基材の反対側に形成されている粘着剤層との接着性[粘着剤層接着性(非離型性)]を有している被膜層であり、非自着性および非離型性を発揮できる限り、その被膜形成組成物(素材又は材料)の種類は特に制限されない。非自着・非離型性被膜層としては、例えば、アクリル系重合体や長鎖アルキル系化合物を含有する被膜形成組成物や、アクリル系重合体や長鎖アルキル系化合物を調製する際の成分(モノマー成分など)を含有する被膜形成組成物などにより形成することができる。非自着・非離型性被膜層を形成する被膜形成組成物は、単独で又は2種以上組み合わせて使用することができる。
粘着剤層を構成する粘着剤としては、特に制限されず、例えば、ゴム系粘着剤、アクリル系粘着剤、ポリエステル系粘着剤、ウレタン系粘着剤、ポリアミド系粘着剤、エポキシ系粘着剤、ビニルアルキルエーテル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、フッ素系粘着剤などの公知の粘着剤を用いることができる。また、粘着剤は、ホットメルト型粘着剤であってもよい。粘着剤は、単独で又は2種以上組み合わせて使用することができる。粘着剤は、エマルジョン系粘着剤、溶剤系粘着剤、オリゴマー系粘着剤、固系粘着剤などのいずれの形態の粘着剤であってもよい。
図1で示される防水気密用粘着テープ1では、粘着剤層3はセパレータ5により保護されている。該セパレータ5は、必要に応じて用いられており、そのため、任意に設けることができる。セパレータ(剥離ライナー)としては、特に制限されず、公知のセパレータを適宜選択して用いることができる。
ブチルゴム:50重量部、エチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴム(EPDM):50重量部、重質炭酸カルシウム:120重量部、プロセスオイル:15重量部、およびカーボンブラック:10重量部を、混合機(バンバリーミキサー)に投入して、8分間混練りした後、カレンダーロールで、ロール温度:110℃の条件で、シート状に成型して、各厚みのゴム製シート(厚みが0.45mmのゴム製シート、厚みが0.55mmのゴム製シート、厚みが2.0mmのゴム製シート)を、それぞれ、作製した。
ブチルゴム:100重量部、重質炭酸カルシウム:70重量部、クレー:90重量部、プロセスオイル:50重量部、カーボンブラック:65重量部、アスファルト:60重量部、およびポリエチレン:90重量部を、混合機(バンバリーミキサー)に投入して、8分間混練りした後、カレンダーロールで、ロール温度:120℃の条件で、シート状に成型して、厚みが0.6mmの未加硫ゴム製シートを作製した。
ブチルゴム:100重量部、加硫剤(硫黄系加硫剤):4.5重量部、エチレン−プロピレンゴム(EPT):140重量部、カーボンブラック:250重量部、アスファルト:25重量部、プロセスオイル:40重量部、および重質炭酸カルシウム:100重量部を、混合機(バンバリーミキサー)に投入して、8分間混練りした後、カレンダーロールで、ロール温度:95℃の条件で、シート状に成型し、その後、加硫温度:140℃で加硫を行い、厚みが0.7mmの加硫ゴム製シートを作製した。
ポリエチレンを、ダイス温度:200℃の押出し機で、シート状に成型して、厚みが0.025mmのポリエチレン製シートを作製した。
アクリロニトリルと、オクタデシルメタクリレートとをトルエン溶液中で重合して、共重合体[アクリロニトリル/オクタデシルメタクリレート(重量モル比)=30/70;重量平均分子量:4万]を得た。この共重合体をトルエンで濃度調整を行って、固形分が1重量%の溶液を調製し、該溶液を被膜形成組成物とした。
押出機に、ブチルゴム:100重量部、粘着付与剤:50重量部、重質炭酸カルシウム:100重量部、カーボンブラック:30重量部、および軟化剤:100重量部の混合物を導入し、押出成型を行って、厚みが1.0mmのシート状の粘着剤層を作製した。
基材の調製例1により得られた厚みが0.45mmのゴム製シートの一方の面に、被膜形成組成物の調製例1により得られた被膜形成組成物を、所定量塗布して、100℃で0.5分間乾燥して、厚さが約3μmの被膜層を形成した。その後、ゴム製シートの他方の面(被膜層に対して反対側の面)に、粘着剤層の作製例1により得られたシート状の粘着剤層(厚み:1.0mm)貼り合わせ、さらに、該粘着剤層上に、片面がシリコーン離型処理が施されている剥離ライナーを貼り合わせて、粘着テープを得た。
基材として、基材の調製例1により得られた厚みが2.0mmのゴム製シートを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
基材として、基材の調製例1により得られた厚みが0.55mmのゴム製シートを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
基材として、基材の調製例2により得られた厚みが0.6mmの未加硫ゴム製シートを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
基材として、基材の調製例3により得られた厚みが0.7mmの加硫ゴム製シートを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
基材として、基材の調製例4により得られた厚みが0.025mmのポリエチレン製シートを用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして、粘着テープを得た。
実施例1により得られた粘着テープを幅25mmに切断した後、基材の背面(被膜形成組成物の調製例1により得られた被膜形成組成物による被膜層側の面)を、指触して、粘着性を確認し、また、背面(被膜層側の面)どうしを貼り合わせて、2kgのローラー1往復にて貼着させて、30分間放置した後、剥がして、背面どうしの接着性を官能的に確認し、さらにまた、この剥離の際の180°ピール粘着力(接着力)を測定したところ(幅:25mm、引張速度:300mm/min、温度:23±2℃、湿度:50±5%RH)、指触では粘着感が感じられず、また、背面どうしを貼り合わせた後に剥離する際の180°ピール粘着力は0N/25mmであり、背面どうしは互いに接着することがなく、貼り合わせ施工作業を阻害することがないことが確認された。
実施例1により得られた粘着テープを幅25mmに切断し、2つの試験片を作製した後、一方の試験片における粘着剤層を、他方の試験片における基材の表面(被膜形成組成物の調製例1により得られた被膜形成組成物による被膜層側の面)に、2kgのローラー1往復にて貼着させた後、所定時間(30分間、24時間)放置した後、引張試験機(装置製品名「オートグラフ」島津製作所社製)を用いて、180°ピール粘着力(幅:25mm、引張速度:300mm/min、温度:23±2℃、湿度:50±5%RH、基材の背面側が粘着剤層に貼着されている側の試験片を剥離する)を測定したところ、30分放置後の180°ピール粘着力(引張速度:300mm/min)は9N/25mmであり、24時間放置後の180°ピール粘着力(引張速度:300mm/min)は13N/25mmであった。
実施例1により得られた粘着テープを幅100mmに切断し、2つの試験片を作製した後、一方の試験片における粘着剤層を、他方の試験片における基材の表面(被膜形成組成物の調製例1により得られた被膜形成組成物による被膜層側の面)に、図2で示されるように、長さ25mm重ね合わせて、2kgのローラー1往復にて貼着させた後、70mm径の筒を重ね合わせ部分上に立て、粘着テープとの境界部をシーリング材で漏水防止の処理をする。その後、筒の中に水を50mmの高さになるように注入し、24時間後に重ね合わせ部での漏水の有無を目視により観察したところ、漏水は確認されず、防水性・気密性が良好であることが確認された。
実施例1〜3および比較例1〜3により得られた粘着テープを、長手方向(MD方向)および幅方向(TD方向)のそれぞれの方向で、JIS K 6251に規定するダンベル形状1号の試験片に打ち抜いて試験片(試験幅:10mm、標線間距離:40mm)を作製し、引張り試験機を使用し、試験片の標線間距離:40mm、試験片の幅:10mmとして、300mm/minの速度で、クロスヘッド側を引張り、試験片が切断した時点の伸び(%)を測定する。なお、MD方向側については、表1の「破断時伸び(%)」における「MD方向」の欄に示し、TD方向側については、表1の「破断時伸び(%)」における「TD方向」の欄に示した。
実施例1〜3および比較例1〜3により得られた粘着テープを、長手方向(MD方向)および幅方向(TD方向)のそれぞれの方向で、JIS K 6251に規定するダンベル形状1号の試験片に打ち抜いて試験片(試験幅:10mm、標線間距離:40mm)を作製し、JIS K 6254に準じて、引張り試験機を使用し、試験片の標線間距離:40mm、試験片の幅:10mmとして、50mm/minの速度で、クロスヘッド側を引張り、試験片が100%伸びた時点で引張りを停止し、このときの荷重(N)を測定し、この荷重の値を引張り前の試験片の断面積(試験片の厚さ×試験片の幅)で割ることにより、単位断面積当たりの荷重(N/cm2)を算出し、この算出された値を100%伸長下における応力とする。なお、MD方向側については、表1の「100%引張り変形応力(N/cm2)」における「MD方向」の欄に示し、TD方向側については、表1の「100%引張り変形応力(N/cm2)」における「TD方向」の欄に示した。
実施例1〜3および比較例1〜3により得られた粘着テープを、それぞれ、幅:50mm、長さ:250mmに切断して、粘着テープ貼付試験片を作製した。図3で示されるように、合板よりなる躯体の表面に、給排水管(外径の60mmφの円筒形状の給排水管)を前記合板の表面に対して垂直に立てた状態で接着させた異型部の周囲に(躯体と給排水管との接合部およびその周囲に)、前記粘着テープ貼付試験片を、温度:23±2℃、湿度:50±5%RHの条件下で、貼付により施工して、温度:23±2℃、湿度:50±5%RHの条件下で、24時間放置した後に、粘着テープの外観を目視で観察し、防水性・気密性を阻害する粘着テープの剥がれや浮きの有無を確認し、貼り合わせ施工性を評価する。なお、評価結果は、表1の「貼り合わせ施工性」の欄に示した。

Claims (3)
- 基材の片面に粘着剤層を有する粘着テープであって、基材がブチルゴム、エチレン−プロピレンゴム、およびエチレン−プロピレン−ジエンゴムから選択された少なくとも1種の合成ゴムを主成分とするゴム組成物により構成されているゴム製シートであり、且つ基材の粘着剤層に対して反対側の面に非自着性且つ粘着剤層接着性を有する被膜層が形成されており、破断時における伸び(標線間距離:40mm、引張速度:300mm/min)が、長手方向および幅方向ともに、200〜1200%であり、且つ100%伸長下における応力(標線間距離:40mm、引張速度:50mm/min)が、長手方向および幅方向ともに、10〜100N/cm2であることを特徴とする防水気密用粘着テープ。
- 非自着性且つ粘着剤層接着性を有する被膜層が、アクリル系重合体または長鎖アルキル系化合物を含有する被膜形成組成物により形成されている請求項1記載の防水気密用粘着テープ。
- 非自着性且つ粘着剤層接着性を有する被膜層を形成するアクリル系重合体が、少なくとも(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステルをモノマー成分として含有する(メタ)アクリル酸アルキルエステル系重合体である請求項2記載の防水気密用粘着テープ。
