Claims (3)
- コイル(14)により部分的に囲まれるコア(7b)を有し、かつ、コイル端子(10)を有するコイル本体(12)と、前記コア(7b)の第1端に取り付けられた第1ヨーク脚(7c)及び前記コア(7b)と平行に延びアーマチュア実装部(7a)を有する第2ヨーク脚を有するヨーク(7)と、前記コア(7b)の第2端に接続された第1極脚(6b)及び前記コア(7b)と平行に延びる第2極脚(6a)を有する極(6)とを具備する電磁リレーにおいて、
前記コイル(14)と前記コイル本体(12)とからなる磁石システムは、前記第2極脚(6a)にほぼ整列した固定コンタクトキャリア(9)上に配列される固定コンタクト(8)を有し、
前記固定コンタクトキャリア(9)は、前記コア(7b)の一方向にオフセットしていると共に前記コイル本体(12)内に配置され、
前記磁石システムは、プラスチック材料で押出しコーティングされ、
前記アーマチュア実装部(7b)にシート状アーマチュア(5)が回転可能に実装されており、
前記アーマチュアは、前記固定コンタクト(8)に隣接して配置されたスイッチングコンタクト(4)を有するばねコンタクト(3)を有し、
前記極(6)は、前記コイル本体(12)のアーム(13)及びフランジ(11)の間に保持され、
前記ばねコンタクト(3)の前記自由端は、押し出しコーティング(1)のウエブ(2,2a)間に移動可能に受容され、
前記第2極脚(6a)は、前記アーマチュア実装部(7a)とほぼ整列する上面を有し、前記アーマチュア実装部(7a)の一縁及び前記第2極脚(6a)の一縁は、前記アーマチュア(5)により架橋される間隙を前記両一縁の間に形成されるように配置されることを特徴とする電磁リレー。 - 前記固定コンタクトキャリア(9)は、前記コイル本体(12)のアーム(13)の凹部(13a)内に横部分(9b)により保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁リレー。
- 前記アーマチュア(5)が前記第2極脚(6a)の前記上面と係合する前に前記スイッチングコンタクト(4)が前記固定コンタクト(8)と係合するように、前記ばねコンタクト(3)が曲げられることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電磁リレー。
