Description
その際クラウスプラントのクラウスボイラー内において、硫化水素は、空気中の酸素により、純粋な硫黄を形成する形で変換され、
その際クラウスボイラーを出たプロセスガスは、廃熱ボイラー内において、硫黄の凝縮に必要な温度にまで冷却され、硫黄を分離された後加熱されて、クラウスプラントの反応炉に供給され、そこで硫黄化合物が、触媒により純粋な硫黄に変換され、
その際反応炉を出たプロセスガスは、硫黄の凝縮に必要な温度にまで冷却されて、凝縮された硫黄が分離される。
2H2S+O2→S2+2H2O
この反応は、著しく発熱性であり、そのため非常に温度に依存する。反応の平衡状態に応じて、硫化水素の約70%が純粋な硫黄として得られ、この硫黄は、後続の廃熱ボイラー内でのプロセスガスの冷却により、凝縮されて取り出される。触媒反応器とも呼ばれる後続の反応炉内では、以下の反応式にもとづき、硫化水素と二酸化硫黄の残留物は、触媒により硫黄に変換される。

クラウス反応器は、350℃より低い温度で稼動される。周知の措置の枠組みでは、クラウスプラントは、高い硫黄生産高を達成するために、常に少なくとも二つの直列に接続され、異なる温度レベルで稼動されるクラウス反応器を持つ形で実現される。直列に接続されたクラウス反応器の間には、凝縮された純粋な硫黄を分離するための中間冷却器が配備されている。ここに記述した構造及びここに与えられた用途を持つクラウスプラントは、非特許文献1に記載されている。

Claims (6)
- コークス炉ガスから硫化水素を分離し、その後クラウスプラントで純粋な硫黄を得る方法であって、吸収用液体によるガス洗浄でコークス炉ガスから硫化水素を取り出して、この吸収物を含んだ吸収用液体を再生し、そうすることによって凝縮された形で得られた硫化水素をクラウスプラントに供給するものであり、
その際このクラウスプラントのクラウスボイラー内において、この硫化水素は、空気中の酸素により、純粋な硫黄を形成する形で変換され、
その際このクラウスボイラーを出たプロセスガスは、廃熱ボイラー内において、硫黄の凝縮に必要な温度にまで冷却され、硫黄を分離された後、このクラウスプラントの触媒反応器を備えた反応炉に供給され、そこで硫黄化合物が、触媒により純粋な硫黄に変換され、
その際この反応炉を出たプロセスガスは、硫黄の凝縮に必要な温度にまで冷却されて、凝縮された硫黄を分離される方法において、
このプロセスガスは、硫黄を分離された後で、かつ反応炉に供給される前に加熱されることと、
このクラウスプラントは、クラウスボイラーの後に続く単独の触媒反応器だけで稼動されるとともに、この触媒反応器内における動作温度は、250℃より低く調整されていることと、
この触媒反応器を出たプロセスガスは、凝縮された硫黄を分離された後、この触媒反応器内で変換されなかった硫化水素の残留物とともに、このガス洗浄前における洗浄するコークス炉ガスに再循環されることとを特徴とする方法。 - 当該の触媒反応器が、200℃〜230℃の温度範囲で稼動されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 当該の実施形態において、クラウスボイラーとして、耐火性のライニングを施されたボイラーを使用し、このボイラーは、一つの燃焼室と、それに対して水平に続く、両側をガスを通すチェッカれんがによって境界を定められた、触媒層を持つ一つの触媒室とを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 当該の廃熱ボイラーは、当該のクラウスボイラーから出たプロセスガスが貫流する熱交換用パイプから成る第一のパイプ群を有することと、当該の廃熱ボイラーは、当該の反応炉から出たプロセスガスが貫流する熱交換用パイプから成る第二のパイプ群を有することと、これらのパイプ群は、同じ蒸気ボイラー室内に配置されており、このボイラー室内で減圧された蒸気が生成されることとを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 当該の廃熱ボイラーから、純粋な硫黄が液体で取り出されることを特徴とする請求項1から4までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
- 当該のクラウスボイラーから出た高温のプロセスガスから、部分フローを分岐させて、この部分フローを、当該の反応炉に供給されるプロセスガス流に、加熱のために混合させることを特徴とする請求項1から5までのいずれか一つに記載の方法。
