Claims (7)
- 一端側に開口部、他端側に底部を有するハウジングと、ハウジング外への潤滑油の漏れ出しを防止するシール部と、ハウジングに収容された軸受スリーブおよび軸部材と、軸部材の外周面と軸受スリーブの内周面との間にラジアル軸受隙間を備え、軸部材と軸受スリーブの相対回転時にラジアル軸受隙間に生じた潤滑油の油膜により軸部材をラジアル方向で非接触支持するラジアル軸受部と、軸部材をスラスト方向で接触支持するスラスト軸受部とを具備するものにおいて、
ハウジングの内部空間を潤滑油で満たし、シール部の内周面と軸部材の外周面との間にシール空間を形成し、このシール空間に常時油面があり、シール部の内周面の軸方向一部領域に内径側へ延びる突出部を一体に設け、軸部材に小径部を設け、突出部と小径部とを軸方向で係合させて軸部材の抜け止めを行うことを特徴とする流体軸受装置。 - 突出部を、シール部の内周に円周方向で部分的に形成した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- シール部を樹脂で形成した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- シール部の内周に、軸部材の外周面との間の間隔をハウジングの外部側で拡大させる拡径面を形成した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- シール部をハウジングと別体にし、かつハウジングの加締めによりシール部の抜け止めを行った請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- シール部をハウジングと一体に形成した請求項1記載の流体軸受装置。
- 軸部材に固定したモータロータと、ハウジングに固定したモータステータと、請求項1〜6の何れかに記載した流体軸受装置とを有するモータ。
