Description
図1は、着生基盤を製造するための本発明に係る製造工程を示したものである。同図中、実線矢印は本製造工程のメインの流れを示しており、骨材、セメントおよび水を混練して混合物を得る混練工程Aと、前記混合物を型に注入して、後述する所定の形状の成型体を得る成型工程Bと、前記成型体を炭酸と接触させる炭酸処理工程Cとからなっている。また、同図中、破線矢印は前記メインの流れに付加するサブの流れを示しており、ミネラル分および鉄イオンを含む酸性溶液を前記成型体に含浸させる含浸処理工程Dを含んでいる。

Claims (3)
- 骨材、セメントおよび水を混練して混合物を得る混練工程と、前記混合物を型に注入して、少なくとも上部側がポーラス性状をなす成型体を得る成型工程と、前記成型体を炭酸と接触させる炭酸処理工程とを含む着生基盤の製造方法であって、
前記混練工程において、セメントの一部を人工ゼオライトで置換し、該人工ゼオライトに水を練り混ぜた後、これにセメントを練り混ぜ、しかる後、骨材を練り混ぜることを特徴とする着生基盤の製造方法。 - 前記混練工程において、水として炭酸水を用いることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の着生基盤の製造方法。
- 前記成型工程と前記炭酸処理工程との間に、ミネラル分および鉄イオンを含む酸性溶液を成型体に含浸させる含浸処理工程を設定することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の着生基盤の製造方法。
