Claims (12)
- 発光源と、
前記発光源が電気的に連結されるパターン回路が下部面に印刷され、前記発光源が嵌め込まれ装着される装着孔を少なくとも一つ貫通形成した基板と、
前記発光源の下部面が内部面に搭載され、内部面から遠くなる方向に間隔を置いて水平に配置される基板を内部収容する金属シャーシと、
前記発光源から発生された光を反射させるように前記基板の上部面に具備される反射部材と、
を含み、
前記発光源は、
電源印加の際に光を発生させる発光チップと、
前記発光チップが上部面に安着される放熱体と、
前記発光チップと電気的に連結されるリード部と、
前記放熱体とリード部を一体化するように成形されるモールド部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、LEDバックライトユニット。 - 前記放熱体は、前記モールド部の下部面に外面が露出され前記金属シャーシの内部面に搭載される熱伝導性金属材から成ることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記リード部は前記発光チップと一端が接続され、前記基板のパターン回路に他端が接続されるように上向きに折り曲げられる一定の長さのリード端子で具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記リード部は、前記発光チップと一端が接続され、前記基板の下部面に形成されたパターン回路と接続される他端が前記モールド部の上部面に露出される電極端子で具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記モールド部の上端外周枠には前記装着孔に嵌め合わせられる段差を具備することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記モールド部の上部にはレンズをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記反射部材は、前記パターン回路が印刷されていない基板の上部面に一定の厚さでコーティングされる反射物質で具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記反射部材は、前記パターン回路が印刷されていない基板の上部面に一定の厚さで蒸着される反射物質で具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記反射部材は、前記パターン回路が印刷されていない基板の上部面に一定の厚さで印刷される反射物質で具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記反射部材は、前記パターン回路が印刷されていない基板の上部面に接着剤を介して接着される反射板で具備されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記発光源の上部にLCDパネルと拡散シートをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
- 前記発光源と前記拡散シートの間に導光板をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のLEDバックライトユニット。
