Description
Claims (19)
- 光学基板(100)の表面をモデリングする方法であって、
座標系に第1のウィンドウ(216)を規定することと、
第1のウィンドウ(216)内にマスター関数210を規定することと、
第1のウィンドウ(216)内の第1の位置に第1のウィンドウ(216)のセグメントとして第2のウィンドウ(200)を規定することと、
第2のウィンドウ(200)内で1組の点を選択することと、
選択された1組の点を相互に連結する変調経路(206)を規定することと、
変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数を規定することと、
変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数を変調することと、
変調した表面関数をマスター関数(210)と合成することによって変調経路(206)の範囲で三次元構造パターンを作成することと、
を含んでなる方法。 - 第2のウィンドウ(200)内で1組の点を選択することは、第2のウィンドウ(200)内で1組の点をランダムに選択することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数を変調することは、変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数をランダムに変調することを含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第2のウィンドウ(200)を第1のウィンドウ(216)内の新たな位置に移動することをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第2のウィンドウ(200)内で1組の点を選択し、選択された1組の点を相互に連結する変調経路(206)を規定し、変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数を規定し、変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数を変調し、変調した表面関数をマスター関数(210)と合成することによって変調経路(206)の範囲で三次元構造パターンを作成することを、第2のウィンドウ(200)が第1のウィンドウ(216)内の全ての点と同一の範囲になるまで繰り返すことをさらに含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 第2のウィンドウ(200)を第1のウィンドウ(216)内の第1の位置に戻すことと、
第2のウィンドウ(200)内で1組の点を選択し、選択された組の点を相互に連結する変調経路(206)を規定し、変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数を規定し、変調経路(206)に沿って表面関数を変調し、変調した表面関数をマスター関数(210)と合成することによって第1のウィンドウ(216)の範囲で三次元構造パターンを作成することを、第2のウィンドウ(200)が第1のウィンドウ(216)内の全ての点と同一の範囲になるまで繰り返すことと、
をさらに含む、請求項5記載の方法。 - 形態学的演算子からマスク関数(442)を作成することと、
マスク関数(442)を表面関数とコンボリューションすることと、
マスク関数(442)と変調関数のコンボリューションと、マスター関数(210)と、のブール合成を実行することと、
をさらに含む、請求項6記載の方法。 - 変調した表面関数をマスター関数(210)と合成することは、変調した表面関数とマスター関数(210)のブール合成を実行することからなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- 第1のウィンドウ(216)の範囲で作成された複数の三次元構造パターンを互いに並べて配置して三次元構造パターンのアレイを形成することをさらに含む、請求項1記載の方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項9のいずれか1項記載の方法で表面をモデリングする工程を含む、光学基板の製造方法。
- 前記光学基板は、座標系の第1の方向で三次元構造パターン内の第1の位置から所定の距離内で相関関数の値が初期値の1/e以下に低減している、請求項10記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- 前記相関関数が自己相関関数である、請求項11記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- モアレアーティファクトが低減されている、請求項11記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- 前記光学基板の製造用のモールドを、フォトリソグラフィー、グレイスケールリソグラフィー、マイクロリソグラフィー、放電加工又は硬質工具を用いた微細機械加工によって製造することを含む、請求項10記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- 光学基板(100)が、100mm〜1nmの寸法を有する表面を含む、請求項14記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- 表面関数が幅40μm、高さ1〜200μmの三角形関数である、請求項10記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- 表面関数が、40対1〜1対10の底辺対高さ比を有する三角形関数である、請求項10記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- 表面関数が、40対18の底辺対高さ比を有する三角形関数である、請求項10記載の光学基板の製造方法。
- 光学基板(100)の表面が1.1〜3.0の屈折率を有する光学的に透明な材料で形成されている、請求項10記載の光学基板の製造方法。
