Claims (2)
- 光学フィルムを作製するためのマスターを製造するために、表面を改変するシステムであって、
切削工具と、
前記切削工具と前記表面との間に相対的な移動を提供するように構成された駆動メカニズムと、
前記表面に対して面外の軌道に沿って前記切削工具を移動させるように接続された単軸アクチュエータと、を備え、
前記軌道は、
前記表面に対して傾斜し、
前記表面に対して垂直な、ゼロではないx成分と、
前記表面に対して平行な、ゼロではないz成分と、を有し、
前記切削工具と前記表面との間の相対的な移動と同時に起こる、前記軌道に沿った前記切削工具の移動は、前記表面に対して可変深さ及び可変ピッチを有する溝を刻むように構成される、システム。 - 実質平らな表面と、
複数のプリズムの配列を有する第2の表面と、を備え、
前記複数のプリズムのうちの第1群のプリズムの各々は、前記平らな表面に実質平行な面内にあるプリズムピークと、ピッチの変動とを含み、
前記複数のプリズムのうちの第2群のプリズムの各々は、高さの変動を有し、
前記プリズムを画定する複数の溝のうち少なくとも幾つかは、互いに交差する、光学フィルム。
