Claims (5)
- 基板上に磁性層を形成する工程と、
同心円状に凹凸パターンが形成されたパターン原盤の凸部分に塗布された接着性化合物を、前記磁性層上に転写する工程と、
前記磁性層上に転写された前記接着性化合物の上にナノ粒子膜を形成する工程と、
前記ナノ粒子膜をマスクにして前記磁性層を切削加工する工程と、
その後ナノ粒子膜を除去して前記磁性層にパターンを形成する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする記録媒体作製方法。 - 前記磁性層はFe,Co,Ni,Mn,Sm,Pt,Pd,Crのうち少なくとも1種類の元素を含む記録層であり、前記ナノ粒子膜はAu,Pt,Pdのうち少なくとも1種類の元素を含むナノ粒子からなる膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の記録媒体作製方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子膜は、形状が略球形で1nm以上100nm以下の範囲にある直径を持ち、粒子の粒径分散が10%以下であるナノ粒子が略規則的に1層配列したナノ粒子膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の記録媒体作製方法。
- 前記ナノ粒子膜は、形状が略球形で1nm以上100nm以下の範囲にある直径を持ち、粒子の粒径分散が10%以下であるナノ粒子が略規則的に多層積層されたナノ粒子膜であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の記録媒体作製方法。
- 記録媒体、前記記録媒体を駆動する媒体駆動部、記録ヘッドと再生ヘッドを搭載した磁気ヘッド、前記磁気ヘッドを前記記録媒体に対して相対的に駆動する磁気ヘッド駆動部、前記記録ヘッドへの記録信号及び前記再生ヘッドからの再生信号を処理する信号処理部を備える情報記録再生装置において、
前記記録媒体は、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の記録媒体作製方法によって製造された記録媒体であることを特徴とする情報記録再生装置。
