Description
g好ましくは1〜5gである。
1.ヘイズ 射出成形で4mm厚みの成形品を作製し、日本電色社製濁度計300Aを用いてヘイズ(濁度)を評価した。
2.シート製膜時のロール汚れ 東洋精機製作所製ラボプラストミルでロール温度を20℃に設定し、厚み0.3mmのシートを30分間製膜した。その時のロール汚れを○(汚れが見られない)、△(汚れがわずかに見られる)、×(汚れがひどい)であらわした。
10Lの丸底フラスコに表1に示す温度の水を4L入れ、開環重合で得られたポリ乳酸のペレット(ペレット100個当たり、2.2g)2kg加え、撹拌させながら浸漬させた。ヒーターで表に示す温度と時間を維持して処理した。処理後、ペレットを濾別した後、遠心脱水機でペレットに付着している水を除去した。真空乾燥機で100℃、24時間乾燥後、住友重機械社製射出成形機で4mm厚みの射出成形品を作製し、濁度を評価した。また、ラボプラストミルでロール温度を20℃に設定し、厚み0.3mmのシートを製膜し、ロール汚れを評価した。その結果も表1に示した。
10Lの丸底フラスコに表1に示す温度の水を3L及び開環重合で得られたポリ乳酸のペレット3kg使用した以外は実施例1と同様な方法で温水処理した。また、得られたペレットを実施例1と同様にヘイズ及びロール汚れの評価に供した。その結果も表1に示した。
10Lの丸底フラスコに表1に示す温度の水を6L及び開環重合で得られたポリ乳酸のペレット2kg使用した以外は実施例1と同様な方法で温水処理した。また、得られたペレットを実施例1と同様にヘイズ及びロール汚れの評価に供した。その結果も表1に示した。
実施例1で使用したペレットを温水で処理することなく実施例1と同様の条件で真空乾燥した。得られたペレットを実施例1と同様にヘイズ及びロール汚れの評価に供した。その結果も表1に示した。
Claims (1)
- 乳酸を直接重合あるいはラクチドを開環重合して製造したポリ乳酸ペレットを、重量で2倍以上の90℃以上98℃以下の温水に1時間以上2時間以下の時間浸漬することを特徴とするポリ乳酸のラクチド除去法。
