Claims (26)
- 第1電極集電体の少なくとも一面に第1電極活物質が塗布された第1電極活物質層と,前記第1電極集電体の両端に配された第1電極無地部とを備え,前記第1電極活物質層の少なくとも一端に突出部が形成された第1電極板と;
第2電極集電体の少なくとも一面に第2電極活物質が塗布された第2電極活物質層と,前記第2電極集電体の両端に配された第2電極無地部とを備え,前記第2電極活物質層の少なくとも一端に突出部が形成された第2電極板と;
前記第1電極板と前記第2電極板との間に介在され,両電極板を絶縁させるセパレータと;
前記第1および第2電極活物質層の始端または終端の少なくともいずれか一端の不均一部に形成された前記突出部を取り囲むように前記第1電極板または前記第2電極板に設けられ,電解液の移動を可能とする少なくとも一つの絶縁部材と;
を含むことを特徴とする,二次電池。 - 前記絶縁部材は,前記第1電極板および前記第2電極板の全面に設けられることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,前記第1および第2電極活物質層の両端の少なくともいずれか一端の前記突出部の上部に設けられることを特徴とする,請求項1または2に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,部材幅が10〜20mmに形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,基材基板と,前記基材基板の少なくとも一面に形成された接着材層とからなることを特徴とする,請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記基材基板は,変形温度150℃以上の物質からなることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記基材基板は,多孔質材で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項5または6に記載の二次電池。
- 前記基材基板は,気孔率1%以上であることを特徴とする,請求項5〜7のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記基材基板は,多孔性ポリエチレン,多孔性ポリプロピレン,多孔性ポリウレタン,多孔性シリカ,ポリフェニレンサルファイド,ポリフェニレンアセチレンのうちいずれかの材質からなることを特徴とする,請求項5〜8のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記基材基板は,弱熱により接着可能な熱融着テープであることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱融着テープは,ポリプロピレンまたはポリエチレンの材質からなることを特徴とする,請求項10に記載の二次電池。
- 前記熱融着テープは,接着材層が設けられていない無接着材型であることを特徴とする,請求項10または11に記載の二次電池。
- 前記基材基板は,厚さ20μm以下であることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着材層は,電解液と反応しないとともに,接着力を有する物質からなることを特徴とする,請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着材層は,ホットメルト接着材からなることを特徴とする,請求項14に記載の二次電池。
- 前記ホットメルト接着材は,ゴム系,シリコン系,およびアクリル系のうちいずれかの材質からなることを特徴とする,請求項15に記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着材層は,前記基材基板に所定間隔で形成されることを特徴とする,請求項14〜16のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着材層は,縞状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項14〜17のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着材層は,前記基材基板に格子状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項14〜17のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記接着材層は,厚さ10μm以下であることを特徴とする,請求項14〜19のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,厚さ50μm以下であることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材には,複数の貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5,21のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記貫通孔は,総面積が前記第1または第2電極活物質層の上部に接着される前記絶縁部材面積の30〜90%となるように形成されることを特徴とする,請求項22に記載の二次電池。
- 前記貫通孔は,前記第1または第2電極活物質層の上部に接着される前記絶縁部材に五つ以上形成されることを特徴とする,請求項22または23に記載の二次電池。
- 前記絶縁部材は,網目状に形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1〜5,21のいずれかに記載の二次電池。
- 前記第1電極板は,陰極であることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載の二次電池。
