図1〜図8は、本発明の実施の形態1であり、図1は成形装置の全体を示し、図2及び図3はスリーブによる芯合わせの状態を示し、図4及び図5はシフト/チルト機構の作動を示し、図6は弾性部材の変化を示し、図7はプレス工程を示し、図8は作動のタイミングチャートをそれぞれ示す。
図9は、本発明の実施の形態2を示す。

Claims (3)
- 加熱軟化されたガラス素材を一対の成形型によってプレスすることにより、所望の光学素子とする成形装置において、
一方の成形型の外周に固定されており、当該一方の成形型と対向する側の上端外周面にテーパ状の誘導面が形成された他方の成形型が挿入されることにより成形型を相互に芯合わせする筒状のスリーブと、
ガラス素材またはプレスされた光学素子を挿脱する挿脱位置、前記スリーブによる成形型相互の位置合わせ終了位置及びガラス素材を所望の光学素子とするプレス終了位置のそれぞれの位置に前記成形型のどちらか一方を停止させる駆動手段と、
前記駆動手段により前記他方の成形型がスリーブに挿入される際に、前記スリーブ内周面と前記他方の成形型の誘導面とが接触することで、前記一方の成形型と当該一方の成形型に固定されたスリーブとをシフト・チルトさせるシフト・チルト調整機構と、
を備えることを特徴とする光学素子の成形装置。 - 前記駆動手段は、圧力制御可能なシリンダであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の光学素子の成形装置。
- 前記成形型のどちらか一方が芯合わせ終了位置で停止したときに、一対の成形型、スリーブ及びガラス素材を囲む密閉空間を形成する一部となると共に、成形型のどちらか一方がプレス終了位置で停止したときに、前記密閉空間が小さくなるように伸縮する弾性部材をさらに具備することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の光学素子の成形装置。
