Description

a)R1=R2=−O−CH(CH3)−CH2−OH、
b)R1=R2=−O−CH2−CH(CH3)−OH、および
c)R1=−O−CH(CH3)−CH2−OH;R2=−O−CH2−CH(CH3)−OH。
水214gを実験室反応用フラスコに加え、その後、塩化ナトリウム4gを加えた。反応用フラスコの内容物を、氷浴を用いて10℃に冷却した。反応用フラスコに、塩化シアヌル15.6gを10分間で徐々に加えた。全ての塩化シアヌルを加えた後に、白色の懸濁液が生成し、フラスコ内容物のpHは3.10であった。
実験室フラスコ中に、水60gと塩化ナトリウム4gを入れた。次いで、4−アミノ−N−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)−ベンズアミド15.92gを加えて、懸濁液とした。懸濁液を攪拌しながら、60℃に加熱した。15分間で、懸濁物は溶解し、pHは8.5であった。第一の反応工程からの水性懸濁液を、16℃のままで、ベンズアミドの水溶液に30分かけて加えた。最初の100mlを加えた後に、明黄色懸濁液が生成し、そして粘度の増加を補償するように、攪拌を強めた。反応用フラスコの温度を60℃に維持し、pHを1M炭酸ナトリウムを用いて6.5〜7.0の間にコントロールした。添加が完了した後、反応混合物をさらに1時間、60℃で攪拌した。HPLCで、反応が完了しており、94〜95%の純度であることが示された。反応混合物の温度を90℃に上げた。反応混合物の粘度は増加し、pHは5.32に低下した。その後、pHを1M炭酸ナトリウムで6.0に調整した。
プロピレングリコール10ml中の第二工程の反応生成物4gの懸濁液に、32重量/容積%のNaOH1gを攪拌しながら徐々に加えた。懸濁液を90℃に加熱し、そして、攪拌しながら、この温度で2時間維持した。水6gを加え、反応混合物をろ過して、式(101)の約20%溶液を得た。
実施例1に従って操作し、ただし、第三工程におけるプロピレングリコール10mlを1,2−ブチレングリコール10mlに代えて、式(101)の以下の3種の化合物の混合物の約20%溶液を得た。
a)R1=R2=−O−CH(CH2−CH3)−CH2−OH、
b)R1=R2=−O−CH2−CH(CH2−CH3)−OH、および
c)R1=−O−CH(CH2−CH3)−CH2−OH;R2=−O−CH2−CH(CH2−CH3)−OH。
実施例1に従い、ただし、第三工程におけるプロピレングリコール10mlをプロピレングリコール5mlと1,2−ブチレングリコール5mlの混合物に代えて、トリアジン環への酸素を介してのプロピレングリコールと1,2−ブチレングリコールの結合を含む式(101)の対応する化合物の混合物の約20%溶液を得た。
実施例1に従い、ただし、第三工程におけるプロピレングリコール10mlをプロピレングリコール5mlとジエチレングリコール5mlの混合物に代えて、トリアジン環への酸素を介してのプロピレングリコールとジエチレングリコールの結合を含む式(101)の対応する化合物の混合物の約20%溶液を得た。
化合物の調製
a)R1=R2=−O−CH(CH3)−CH2−OH、
b)R1=R2=−O−CH2−CH(CH3)−OH、および
c)R1=−O−CH(CH3)−CH2−OH;R2=−O−CH2−CH(CH3)−OH。
予め洗浄したセルロース布(綿クレトン)10gの各々の二つの試料を、AHIBA(登録商標)染色機で、2種の異なる水性液中、液比1:20、95℃で60分間処理した。
2.0ml/l ケイ酸ナトリウム38°Be
2.0ml/l 苛性ソーダ36°Be
0.5g/l ULTRAVON EL
0.014%の実施例5に従う式(102)の化合物
を含む液。
0.028%の実施例5に従う式(102)の化合物
を含む液。
0.015%の実施例4に従う式(101)の化合物
を含む液。
0.03%の実施例4に従う式(101)の化合物
を含む液。
Claims (4)
- 繊維材料を、さらに少なくとも1種のUV吸収剤に接触させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 請求項1又は2に記載の方法に従って処理されたセルロース繊維材料。
