Description
式中、xは1以上であり、好ましくは1〜1.9であり、より好ましくは1〜1.5であり、そして特に1〜1.2である。Rは脂肪族炭化水素基、例えば、メチル、エチルまたはブチル基、または、芳香族炭化水素基、例えば、フェニル基、または、不飽和炭化水素基、例えば、ビニル基のような有機基である。本発明の好ましい態様において、Rは1〜8個の炭素原子、より好ましくは1〜5個の炭素原子を有する炭化水素基である。本発明の特に好ましい態様において、Rはメチル基である。Rは上記の炭化水素基のいずれかの2種以上の混合物を含むことができる。特に好ましい樹脂粒子はメチルセスキオキサンを含む。
式中、Rはシリコーン樹脂粒子に関して上記において規定した有機基である。焼成の間に、少なくとも空気中においては、R基の消失、並びに、Si−OH結合および更なるSi−O−Si結合の生成が起こる。焼成の前には、シリコーン樹脂粒子中に存在するSi−OH結合は実質的に存在しない。更に、焼成はSi−OH結合のSi−O−Si結合への転化をもたらし、そしてシリカ粒子の最終的な生成をもたらした。xの値は好ましくは0〜0.9の範囲であり、より好ましくは0.05〜0.7であり、特に、0.1〜0.5であり、そして特に0.15〜0.3である。yの値は、好ましくは、0〜1.2であり、より好ましくは0.2〜1.0であり、特に0.4〜0.8であり、そして更に特に0.5〜0.7である。xおよびyの値は、例えば、29SiマジックアングルスピニングNMR分光器により決定されうる。
体積分布メジアン粒径および粒径分布比、D25/D75およびD10/D90をコルターLS130(Coulter Electronics Ltd.,Luton,UK)粒径測定器を使用して測定した。
ポリマーフィルムの動摩擦係数を、Instron Universal Testing Machine(Instron,UK)を使用して、ASTM 試験D 1894−87の手順により、ポリマーフィルム自体に対して測定した。
(ii)粒径分布比D25/D75=1.40
(iii)粒径分布比D10/D90=1.85
(iv)BET比表面積=45m2/g
(v)骨格密度=2.06g/cm3
(vi)メチル器の珪素原子に対する比=0.2
2)第二層の二乗平均粗さ=150nm
3)第二層のシェフィールド粗さ=10シェフィールド単位
4)曇り度=2%
Claims (13)
- ポリマー材料の第一層を含み、その少なくとも片側表面上にポリマー材料の第二層を有する光学的に透明なポリマーフィルムであって、前記ポリマー材料の第一層は500ppm未満の充填剤を含み、そして前記ポリマー材料の第二層は、第二層中のポリマーの重量を基準にして、(a)1.5〜12.5μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子0.05〜2.0重量%、および、(b)0.1〜2.0μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する焼成チャイナクレー粒子0.005〜1.0重量%を含み、前記焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子が以下の式:
Rx(OH)ySiO2-((x+y)/2)
(式中、Rは有機基であり、xは0.05〜0.9であり、そしてyは0〜1.2である)の三次元ポリマー鎖構造を含む、光学的に透明なポリマーフィルム。 - 前記第一層が充填剤を含まない請求項1に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの合計厚さが、少なくとも80μmである請求項1または2に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムの合計厚さが、80〜200μmである請求項3に記載のフィルム。
- 前記フィルムは、3%未満の広角曇り度を有する請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子が以下の式:
Rx(OH)ySiO2-((x+y)/2)
(式中、Rは有機基であり、xは0.05〜0.7であり、そしてyは0〜1.2である)の三次元ポリマー鎖構造を含む請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。 - 前記焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子が80m2/g未満のBET比表面積を有する請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子の体積分布メジアン粒径が2.8〜5.0μmの範囲である請求項1ないし7のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記第二層が焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子を0.2〜0.5重量%含む請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記焼成チャイナクレー粒子の体積分布メジアン粒径が、0.2〜0.6μmの範囲である請求項1ないし8のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記第二層が0.015〜0.1重量%の焼成チャイナクレー粒子を含む請求項1ないし10のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 前記第一層または第二層のうちの少なくとも片方が結晶性または半結晶性のポリエチレンテレフタレートおよび/またはポリエチレンナフタレートを含む請求項1ないし11のいずれか1つに記載のフィルム。
- 少なくとも片側表面上にポリマー材料の第二層を有するポリマー材料の第一層基材を成形することを含むポリマーフィルムを製造するための方法であって、前記ポリマー材料の第一層は500ppm未満の充填剤を含み、そして前記ポリマー材料の第二層は、第二層中のポリマーの重量を基準にして、(a)1.5〜12.5μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子0.05〜2.0重量%、および、(b)0.1〜2.0μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有する焼成チャイナクレー粒子0.005〜1.0重量%を含み、前記焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子が以下の式:
Rx(OH)ySiO2-((x+y)/2)
