Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.ポリマー材料の第一層を含み、その少なくとも片側表面上にポリマー材料 の第二層を有するポリマーフィルムであって、前記ポリマー材料の第二層は、第 二層中のポリマーの重量を基準にして、(a)1.5〜12.5μmの体積分布 メジアン粒径を有するシリコーン樹脂粒子および/または焼成シリコーン樹脂粒 子0.05〜2.0重量%、および、(b)0.1〜2.0μmの体積分布メジ アン粒径を有するチャイナクレー粒子0.005〜1.0重量%を含む、ポリマ ーフィルム。 2.前記シリコーン樹脂粒子が RxSiO2-(x/2) (式中、xは1以上であり、そしてRは有機基である。) の三次元ポリマー鎖構造を含む、請求の範囲1記載のフィルム。 3.前記焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子が Rx(OH)ySiO2-((x+y)/2) (式中、xは0〜0.9であり、そしてyは0〜1.2である。) の三次元ポリマー鎖構造を含む、請求の範囲1または2のいずれかに記載のフィ ルム。 4.前記シリコーン樹脂粒子および/または焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子が80m2 /g未満のBET比表面積を有する、請求の範囲1〜3のいずれか1項記載の フィルム。 5.前記シリコーン樹脂粒子および/または焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子の体積分 布メジアン粒径が2.8〜5.0μmの範囲である、請求の範囲1〜4のいずれ か1項記載のフィルム。 6.前記第二層がシリコーン樹脂粒子および/または焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子 を0.2〜0.5重量%含む、請求の範囲1〜5のい ずれか1項記載のフィルム。 7.前記チャイナクレー粒子の体積分布メジアン粒径が、0.2〜0.6μm の範囲である、請求の範囲1〜6のいずれか1項記載のフィルム。 8.前記第二層が0.015〜0.1重量%のチャイナクレー粒子を含む、請 求の範囲1〜7のいずれか1項記載のフィルム。 9.前記第一層または第二層のうちの少なくとも片方が結晶性または半結晶性 のポリエチレンテレフタレートおよび/またはポリエチレンナフタレートを含む 、請求の範囲1〜8のいずれか1項記載のフィルム。 10.少なくとも片側表面上にポリマー材料の第二層を有するポリマー材料の第 一層基材を成形することを含むポリマーフィルムを製造するための方法であって 、 前記ポリマー材料の第二層は、第二層中のポリマーの重量を基準にして、(a) 1.5〜12.5μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有するシリコーン樹脂粒子およ び/または焼成シリコーン樹脂粒子0.05〜2.0重量%、および、(b)0 .1〜2.0μmの体積分布メジアン粒径を有するチャイナクレー粒子0.00 5〜1.0重量%を含む、方法。
