Description

Claims (14)
- ハウジングと、
測定された量の液体を供給源から吸引しかつ別の測定された量の液体を平板のウェル中に吐出するための複数のチャンバおよび該複数のチャンバにそれぞれ関連するピストンを備える、液体分与のためのヘッドと、
前記ピストンのそれぞれをその関連する前記チャンバ内部で移動するための装置と、
前記ヘッドを支持するために前記ハウジングに配置した摺動面であって、前記ヘッドが該摺動面に沿ってハウジング内に、またハウジングの外に摺動可能であるようになされた摺動面と、を備える液体分与器。 - 前記ハウジング内部で前記ヘッドを保持するための装置にして、前記ヘッドに取り付けられた装置をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の液体分与器。
- 前記ヘッドを保持するための前記装置が、
前記ヘッドに取り付けた複数のねじ付き軸と、
前記ハウジング内部に配置したプレートと、
前記ねじ付き軸を受け入れるための、前記プレート上の切欠きと、
それぞれの前記ねじ付き軸上に螺設されたノブにして、前記ヘッドを前記プレートに固定するために、ねじ込んで前記プレートに係合させるように前記ねじ付き軸回りに回転可能であるノブと、を備える、請求項2に記載の液体分与器。 - 複数の先端部にして、それぞれの先端部が、前記チャンバの1つと関連しており、それぞれの先端部が、拡大された開口を備える第1端と、該第1端の前記開口よりも小さい開口を備える第2端とを有しており、それぞれの先端部の前記第1端が、該先端部に関連する前記チャンバの開口と流体連通するようになされている、複数の先端部と、
柔軟な封止体にして、それぞれの前記チャンバの前記開口回りに延在し、前記先端部の前記第1端と該先端部に関連する前記チャンバの前記開口との間に実質的な気密および液密封止を与えるために、前記先端部の前記第1端と係合される柔軟な封止体と、をさらに備える、請求項1に記載の液体分与器。 - 前記封止体が、前記チャンバの、隣接する前記開口どうしの間の空隙を実質的にすべて覆う層を備えている、請求項4に記載の液体分与器。
- 前記封止体がシリコーンから形成されている、請求項4に記載の液体分与器。
- 前記先端部がトレイ中に支持されている請求項4に記載の液体分与器において、
該トレイを前記ハウジングの壁に対して締め付けるためのクランプと、
前記トレイを前記ハウジングの壁に対して締め付ける力を維持するために、前記クランプを前記ハウジングの壁に対して圧迫する圧迫装置と、をさらに備える、請求項4に記載の液体分与器。 - 前記圧迫装置が少なくとも1つのばねを備えている、請求項7に記載の液体分与器。
- 前記クランプが、前記圧迫装置の締付け力に逆らって前記クランプを前記ハウジングの壁から離すように移動して前記トレイに対する締付け力を解放するために、前記ピストンのそれぞれをその関連する前記チャンバ内部で移動するための前記装置と係合可能である、請求項7に記載の液体分与器。
- 前記ピストンのそれぞれをその関連する前記チャンバ内部で移動するための前記装置が、
前記ピストンのそれぞれに結合するプレートと、
該プレートに作用的に結合したモータにして、該プレートを前記チャンバに向かって且つ該チャンバから離れるように移動させることによって前記ピストンを前記チャンバ内部で移動させるべく、前記プレートに作用的に結合したモータと、を備える、請求項1に記載の液体分与器。 - 複数の先端部を含むトレイにして、それぞれの該先端部が、拡大された開口を有する第1端と、該第1端の前記開口よりも小さい開口を有する第2端とを有している、トレイと、
前記ハウジング上に取り付けられた少なくとも一つのブラケットにして、それぞれの前記先端部の前記第1端が前記チャンバの1つと流体連通するように前記トレイを前記ハウジングに対して締め付けるべく該ハウジングに対して移動可能である少なくとも1つのブラケットと、
前記プレートと前記ブラケットとの間にある連結部にして、前記プレートの動きに応答して前記ブラケットを前記ハウジングから離すように移動させることによって前記トレイを解放するための連結部と、をさらに備える、請求項10に記載の液体分与器。 - 前記トレイに対して締付け力を与えるために、少なくとも1つの前記ブラケットを前記ハウジングに対して圧迫するばねをさらに備える、請求項11に記載の液体分与器。
- 前記ハウジング内部に配置した前記プレートが、前記ピストンのそれぞれをその関連する前記チャンバ内部で移動するための前記装置に結合されている、請求項3に記載の液体分与器。
- 前記ねじ付き軸が、前記ヘッド中の前記ピストンに連結されており、前記ピストンのそれぞれをその関連する前記チャンバ内部で移動するための前記装置が、前記ねじ付き軸を介して前記ピストンに結合されている、請求項13に記載の液体分与器。
