Description
本発明は、診断用撮像技術に関連する。本発明は特に、コンピュータ断層撮影法(CT)を用いた動的な立体的心臓撮像法に関連し、特にこれを参照して説明される。しかしながら、本発明は、例えば肺といった他の静止していない器官の動的な立体的撮像、時間展開研究、並びに、他の撮像技術及び態様に伴う用途を見いだすであろう。
本発明の1つの面によれば、動的に動く器官の画像診断用データを収集する方法が提供される。器官の動きの位置的状態は時間の関数として監視される。時間ウィンドウは選択された位置的状態の発生の周りで選択され配置される。動的に動く器官の撮像データは、少なくとも時間ウィンドウ中に収集される。時間ウィンドウ中に収集された撮像データの部分は、完全な画像データセットを形成するよう組み合わされる。画像表現は完全な画像データセットから再構成される。
本発明は様々な構成要素及び構成要素の配置、並びに様々な段階及び段階の配置の形をとりうる。図面は、望ましい実施例を例示するためだけのものであって、本発明を制限するものと解釈されるべきではない。
Claims (15)
- 動的に動く器官の画像診断用データを収集する装置の作動方法であって、前記装置の制御手段が、前記装置の監視手段、時間ウィンドウ決定手段、撮像データ収集手段、組み合わせ手段、及び再構成手段を制御し、
監視手段が前記器官の動きの位置的状態を時間の関数として監視する段階であり、生理学的パラメータを測定する段階、前記位置的状態を前記生理学的パラメータに関連付ける位置的状態関係を決定する段階、及び前記測定された生理学的パラメータ及び前記状態関係に基づいて、前記器官の動きの一周期内に少なくとも2つ、選択された位置的状態の発生を識別する段階を含む監視する段階と、
時間ウィンドウ決定手段が、識別された前記選択された位置的状態の発生の周りに配置される時間ウィンドウを決定する段階と、
撮像データ収集手段が、少なくとも前記時間ウィンドウ中に前記動的に動く器官の撮像データを収集する段階と、
組み合わせ手段が、完全な画像データセットを形成するよう前記時間ウィンドウ中に収集された撮像データの部分を組み合わせる段階と、
再構成手段が、前記完全な画像データセットから画像表現を再構成する段階とを含む作動方法。 - 前記位置的状態関係を決定する段階は、
前記位置的状態関係のパラメータ機能モデルを決定する段階を含む、
請求項1記載の作動方法。 - 前記位置的状態は選択された心室の容積を含み、前記生理学的パラメータを測定する段階は、
心電図測定を行う段階を含む、請求項1又は2記載の作動方法。 - 前記再構成された画像表現に基づいて、前記監視手段が、前記選択された位置的状態の発生を補正する段階と、
前記補正された発生に基づいて、時間ウィンドウ決定手段が、前記時間ウィンドウの配置を調整する段階と、
前記調整された時間ウィンドウを用いて前記組み合わせる段階及び前記再構成する段階を繰り返す段階とを更に含む、
請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか一項記載の作動方法。 - 前記時間ウィンドウは、前記動的に動く器官の少なくとも2つの連続的な周期内に配置された時間ウィンドウを含む、
請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか一項記載の作動方法。 - 前記組み合わせる段階は、
各ウィンドウ内のデータ部分を、データ部分が選択された角度的な範囲を与えるよう選択する段階を含む、
請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか一項記載の作動方法。 - 前記収集する段階は、略ヘリカルに軌道上を周るX線源を用いたコーンビームコンピュータ断層撮影を用い、
前記組み合わせる段階は、
各時間ウィンドウに対して、前記時間ウィンドウ内に略中心を置く前記軌道上を周るX線源の角度的なセグメントを選択する段階と、
前記角度的なセグメントが夫々のウィンドウ内で最適に中心におかれるようにしつつ再構成のための角度的に連続的なデータセットを与えるよう各角度的なセグメントをその対応する時間ウィンドウの中で適応的に調整する段階とを含む、
請求項1乃至6のうちいずれか一項記載の作動方法。 - 前記位置的状態は、前記器官の空間的な位置及び前記器官の空間的な容積のうちの一方を含む、
請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか一項記載の作動方法。 - 前記動的に動く器官は、心臓の少なくとも一部を含み、前記時間ウィンドウは、
心臓収縮周期部分中の選択された位置的状態の第1の発生の周りに配置される第1の時間ウィンドウと、
心臓拡張周期部分中の選択された位置的状態の第2の発生の周りに配置される第2の時間ウィンドウとを含む、
請求項1乃至8のうちいずれか一項記載の作動方法。 - 動的に動く器官の体積的な画像診断用データを収集する装置であって、
前記器官の動き周期の位置的状態を監視する手段であり、生理学的パラメータを測定する手段、及び前記位置的状態を前記生理学的パラメータに関連付ける位置的状態関係を決定する手段を含む監視する手段と、
前記器官の動きの一周期内に少なくとも2つの、前記器官の動きの略同様の状態の発生を中心として、時間ウィンドウを決定する手段と、
少なくとも前記時間ウィンドウ中に撮像データを収集する手段と、
完全な画像データセットを形成するよう前記時間ウィンドウ中に収集される撮像データの部分を組み合わせる手段と、
前記完全な画像データセットから画像表現を再構成する手段とを含む、装置。 - 前記収集手段は、
前記動的に動く器官を含む検査領域上にX線を投射する手段と、
前記検査領域を通過した後のX線強度を検出する手段と、
コンピュータ断層撮影投影データを形成するよう前記検出されたX線強度データを組み立てる手段と、
複数の投影角度で投影データを収集するよう前記投影する手段を回転させる手段と、
前記動的に動く器官を前記回転面を横切る方向上に線形に進行させる手段とを含む、
請求項10記載の装置。 - 前記組み合わせる手段は、
各時間ウィンドウ内の角度的な間隔を選択する手段と、
制約条件は各角度的な間隔をその関連する時間ウィンドウ内に保持することを含み、最適化規準は各角度的な間隔の中心とその関連する時間ウィンドウの中心の間の距離を最小化することを含み、適応的な調整は、前記角度的な間隔を少なくとも完全なデータセットの角度的な範囲に対応する角度的な範囲に集合的に広がるよう配置する、制約付き最適化を用いて各角度的な間隔を適応的に調整する手段と、
前記完全な画像データセットを形成するよう前記適応的に調整された角度的な間隔に対応する投影データ部分を組み合わせる手段とを含む、
請求項10又は11記載の装置。 - 前記撮像データの部分を組み合わせる手段は、
各時間ウィンドウ中のデータセグメントを選択する手段を含み、データセグメントは、(1)一緒にされて再構成用の完全な画像データの組を形成し、(2)前記時間ウィンドウの中に最適に中心を置く、
請求項10乃至12のうちいずれか一項記載の装置。 - 前記周期的に動く器官は心臓であり、前記器官の動きの周期の位置的状態を監視する手段は、
心臓位相を監視する心電計と、
前記測定される心臓位相を位置的な心臓の状態と関連付ける心臓状態分析器とを含む、
