Claims (8)
- 相対的に湿度の高い空気から吸湿して相対的に湿度の低い空気に対して放湿する吸着材(109)と、前記吸着材(109)が除湿対象空気である第1空気(102)から吸湿する吸湿領域(105)と、前記吸着材(109)が加熱手段(107)により加熱された前記吸着材(109)再生用の第2空気(108)に対して放湿して吸着可能に再生する再生領域(106)と、前記吸着材(109)を前記吸湿領域(105)と前記再生領域(106)を跨るように枢設し、第1空気(102)からの吸湿と第2空気(108)への放湿が繰り返し為されるように前記吸着材(109)を回転させる駆動手段(110)と、前記再生領域(106)に供給された後の第2空気(108)を第1空気(102)で冷却して前記吸着材(109)からの放湿分を結露水として回収する凝縮器(111)と、前記吸湿領域(105)および前記凝縮器(111)に第1空気(102)を供給する第1空気供給手段(112)と、前記加熱手段(107)、前記再生領域(106)、前記凝縮器(111)の順に第2空気(108)を循環させる第2空気供給手段(113)とを備えた除湿装置において、前記加熱手段(107)および前記第2空気供給手段(113)を前記吸着材(109)の中心より鉛直下方向に配置し、前記第1空気供給手段(112)を前記加熱手段(107)と前記第2空気供給手段(113)の上方に配置し、前記第1空気供給手段(112)をシロッコファンとし当該シロッコファンから除湿装置の上方に向かって前記吸着材(109)で吸湿された第1空気(102)を吹き出すことを特徴とする除湿装置。
- 第1空気供給手段(112)をケーシング(122)と羽根(125)を備え、前記ケーシング(122)内を前記羽根(125)が回転運動することにより送風する送風機として構成し、前記羽根(125)を回転運動させるモーター(124)を前記送風機の吸込み側で吸着材(109)と対向する位置に備えるとともに、前記モーター(124)が振動して前記吸着材(109)に接触するのを防止するモーター接触防止手段(12)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿装置。
- ケーシング(122)にモーター(124)を支持するモーター支持枠(10)を備え、モーター接触防止手段(12)は、前記モーター(124)および前記モーター支持枠(10)の吸着材(109)への正投影部分の少なくとも一部が前記吸着材(109)の通風端面以外に位置する構成としたことを特徴とする請求項2記載の除湿装置。
- 吸着材(109)の吸湿領域(105)に流入する第1空気(102)と前記吸着材(109)の前記吸湿領域(105)通過後の第1空気(102)が混合しないよう仕切り前記吸着材(109)を収容している仕切板(116)を備え、モーター接触防止手段(12)は前記仕切板(116)にモーター(124)またはモーター支持枠(10)を当接する当接手段(13)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の除湿装置。
- 吸着材(109)の再生領域(106)と凝縮器(111)の間に介在し、前記吸着材(109)が放湿した水分を含んだ第2空気(108)を取り入れて前記凝縮器(111)へ導入するための再生チャンバー(118)を備え、前記凝縮器(111)は中空状に成形され前記第2空気(108)が流入する入口管(4)と前記再生チャンバー(118)に接続され前記第2空気(108)を流出する出口管(5)と第1空気(102)が通過する複数の通風孔(8)を備え、前記凝縮器(111)に対して前記再生チャンバー(118)を正投影した部分を薄く凹部(16)とし、前記凹部(16)に前記再生チャンバー(118)が嵌り込む構成としたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の除湿装置。
- 仕切板(116)は除湿装置本体(101)内部を上下方向に仕切る水平板(3)を備え、前記水平板(3)の下部で前記除湿装置本体(101)内部に収容され結露水を貯水する貯水タンク(121)を備え、前記水平板(3)に仕切板排水口(17)を設け、前記仕切板排水口(17)から滴下した水滴を貯水タンク(121)に導く構造とすることを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の除湿装置。
- 仕切板排水口(17)は、第1空気(102)通風方向の吸着材(109)をはさんだ上流と下流に少なくとも各々一箇所以上設ける構造とすることを特徴とする請求項6記載の除湿装置。
- 仕切板(116)の水平板(3)の加熱手段(107)の下方に仕切板排水口(17)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の除湿装置。
