Claims (8)
- 相対的に湿度の高い空気から吸湿して相対的に湿度の低い空気に対して放湿する吸着材(109)と、前記吸着材(109)が除湿対象空気である第1空気(102)から吸湿する吸湿領域(105)と、前記吸着材(107)が加熱手段(107)により加熱された前記吸着材(109)再生用の第2空気(108)に対して放湿して吸着可能に再生する再生領域(106)と、前記吸着材(109)を前記吸湿領域(105)と前記再生領域(106)を跨るように枢設し、第1空気(102)からの吸湿と第2空気(108)への放湿が繰り返し為されるように前記吸着材(109)を回転させる駆動手段(110)と、前記再生領域(106)に供給された後の第2空気(108)を第1空気(102)で冷却して前記吸着材(109)からの放湿分を結露水として回収する凝縮器(111)と、前記吸湿領域(105)および前記凝縮器(111)に第1空気(102)を供給する第1空気供給手段(112)と、前記加熱手段(107)、前記再生領域(106)、前記凝縮器(111)の順に第2空気(108)を供給する第2空気供給手段(113)とを備えた除湿装置において、前記加熱手段(107)、前記再生領域(106)、前記凝縮器(111)、前記第2空気供給手段(113)の順に第2空気(108)が循環する循環風路(6)を形成し、前記凝縮器(111)以外の前記循環風路(6)内で滞留する結露水を取り除く排水手段(27)を備え、前記凝縮器(111)に回収された結露水を前記循環風路(6)外部に取り出すための凝縮器排水口(114)と、前記凝縮器排水口(114)から排水される結露水を受ける水受けタンク(132)と、前記第2空気(108)供給手段と前記凝縮器(111)を接続する接続ダクト(128)を備え、前記排水手段(27)として前記接続ダクト(128)の鉛直方向最下点に開口し、前記水受けタンク(132)に接続される第2排水口(30)を備え、前記接続ダクト(128)に勾配を設け、前記接続ダクト(128)内にある水滴が前記第2空気供給手段(113)に流入するのを防止する水滴流入防止手段を設けたことを特徴とする除湿装置。
- 接続ダクト(128)内にある水滴が凝縮器(111)に流入するのを防止する水滴流入防止手段を設けたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿装置。
- 水滴流入防止手段が堤防壁(29)であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の除湿装置。
- 第2空気供給手段(113)の第2空気吸込口(119)に設けられる堤防壁(29)は、前記第2空気供給手段(113)のケーシング(121)の一部により形成されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の除湿装置。
- 水受けタンク(132)の鉛直方向最下部に結露水を排水するための水受けタンク排水口(31)を設け、前記水受けタンク(132)内部の底面を前記水受けタンク排水口(31)に向けて下り勾配にかつ階段状に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3または4記載の除湿装置。
- 再生領域(106)と凝縮器(111)を接続し、吸着材(109)が放湿した水分を含んだ第2空気(108)を前記凝縮器(111)に導入する再生チャンバー(127)を備え、排水手段(27)として前記再生チャンバー(127)に前記再生チャンバー内に滞留する結露水を循環風路(6)外部に排水する再生チャンバー排水手段(32)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の除湿装置。
- 再生チャンバー排水手段(32)は、再生チャンバー(127)で集水した結露水を吸着材(109)に浸潤させる構成としたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の除湿装置。
- 再生チャンバー排水手段(32)は、再生チャンバー(127)の鉛直方向最下部に開口し、水受けタンク(132)に接続される第3排水口(33)を備えたことを特徴とする請求項6記載の除湿装置。
