Description
Claims (21)
- 陽極電極と、陰極電極と、電解質と、少なくとも1つの外部電極コンタクトと、バッテリの周辺の少なくとも一部分のまわりで密封されたバッテリ容器とを備え、前記バッテリ容器が導電材を備え、前記外部電極コンタクトが前記導電材から形成されている可撓性薄型バッテリであって、
前記バッテリ容器が積層体であり、前記積層体が、前記シール材の第1の層と、前記保護ポリマー材の第2の層と、前記第1の層と前記第2の層との間に配置された導電材の層とを備え、
前記導電材は、バッテリ電極と前記外部電極コンタクトとの間に電気的な接触を提供し、
前記第1の層及び前記第2の層の一方は不連続であって、前記バッテリの密封された周辺の内側において前記導電材の表面を露出させて、前記バッテリの密封された周辺の内側における前記導電材の露出された表面の少なくとも一部が、前記電極と電気的に接触するようにし、
前記第1の層及び前記第2の層の一方は不連続であって、前記バッテリの密封された周辺の外側において前記導電材の表面を露出させて、前記バッテリの密封された周辺の外側における前記導電材の露出された表面の少なくとも一部が、外部環境に露出され、外部コンタクトを形成する
ことを特徴とするバッテリ。 - 前記バッテリ容器が、シール材を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記バッテリ容器が、保護ポリマー材を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記シール材、前記導電材、及び前記保護ポリマー材が、別個の材料であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層が、前記バッテリの周辺の密封部分の領域内の位置で不連続であり、前記導電材の第1の表面が露出するようになっており、前記露出した第1の表面の少なくとも一部分が、電極と電気接触することを特徴とする請求項4に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第2の層が、前記バッテリの周辺の密封部分の領域内の位置で不連続であり、前記導電材の第2の表面が露出するようになっており、前記露出した第2の表面の少なくとも一部分が、前記外部コンタクトを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層が、前記バッテリの周辺の密封部分の領域外の位置で同様に不連続であり、前記周辺の密封部分の外側の前記導電材の前記第1の表面が同様に露出するようになっており、前記周辺の密封部分の外側の前記露出した第1の表面が、前記外部コンタクトを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第2の層が、前記バッテリの周辺の密封部分の領域外の位置で不連続であり、前記導電材の第2の表面が露出するようになっており、前記周辺の密封部分の外側の前記露出した第2の表面が、前記外部コンタクトを形成することを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第1の表面から前記シール材の一部分を除去することで得られ、前記第2の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第2の表面から前記保護ポリマー材の一部分を除去することで得られることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第1の表面上へシール材を選択的に堆積させることで得られ、前記第2の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第2の表面上へ保護ポリマー材を選択的に堆積させることで得られることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第1の表面から前記シール材の一部分を除去することで得られることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第1の表面上へシール材を選択的に堆積させることで得られることを特徴とする請求項7に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第1の表面から前記シール材の一部分を除去することで得られ、前記第2の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第2の表面から前記保護ポリマー材の一部分を除去することで得られることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記第1の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第1の表面上へシール材を選択的に堆積させることで得られ、前記第2の層の不連続な部分が、前記導電材の前記第2の表面上へ保護ポリマー材を選択的に堆積させることで得られることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記シール材の前記選択的堆積及び前記保護ポリマー材の前記選択的堆積が、前記導電層の前記第1の表面上に前記シール材を印刷すると共に、前記導電層の前記第2の表面上に前記保護ポリマー材を印刷することによって得られることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記シール材の前記選択的堆積が、前記導電層の前記第1の表面上に前記シール材を印刷することによって得られることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記シール材の前記選択的堆積及び前記保護ポリマー材の前記選択的堆積が、前記導電層の前記第1の表面上に前記シール材を印刷すると共に、前記導電層の前記第2の表面上に前記保護ポリマー材を印刷することによって得られることを特徴とする請求項14に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記電極と前記導電材の前記表面との電気接触が、前記導電層の前記露出面上に電極活物質を印刷することによって得られることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のバッテリ。
- 請求項1に記載されている可撓性薄型バッテリを組立てる方法であって、前記積層体を備えるパッケージ材を準備する段階と、前記導電材の第1の表面の一部分を露出させる段階と、前記導電材の第2の表面の一部分を露出させる段階と、陽極、陰極、及び電解質をパッケージ材内に封入する段階と、電極と前記第1の表面との間の電気接触を形成させる段階と、前記第2の表面が前記バッテリの外部にあるようにして外部電極コンタクトを提供するように前記パッケージ材の周辺のまわりを密封する段階と、を含むことを特徴とする方法。
- 前記導電材の第1及び第2の表面の一部分を露出させる段階が、前記導電材の前記表面から表層材を除去する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
- 前記導電材の第1及び第2の表面の一部分を露出させる段階が、前記導電材の前記表面へ表層材を選択的に被覆する段階を含むことを特徴とする請求項19に記載の方法。
