Description
上記第1の発明では、冷凍用エンジン(30)の回転動力によって圧縮機(40)が駆動し、冷凍回路(70)が冷却運転して冷却庫(13)内を冷却する。そして、この冷却庫(13)の冷凍負荷が変動すると、回転数制御手段(91)が冷凍用エンジン(30)の回転数を負荷の変動に対応してリニアに制御する。この結果、効率の向上が図られる。
次に、上述した冷凍車両(10)の冷凍装置(20)の冷却運転動作について説明する。
以上のように、本実施形態によれば、サブエンジン(30)の回転数を冷凍負荷に対応して冷凍能力が増減するようにリニアに増減制御するようにしたために、従来のように例えば、2段階に回転数制御する場合に比して不必要な冷凍能力を発揮することがないので、冷却効率の向上を図ることができる。その結果、省エネルギ化を図ることができる。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 冷凍用エンジン(30)と、該冷凍用エンジン(30)によって駆動する圧縮機(40)と、該圧縮機(40)に接続された蒸気圧縮式冷凍サイクルの冷凍回路(70)とを備え、冷凍車両(10)の冷却庫(13)内を冷却する冷凍車両用冷凍装置であって、
電力を蓄電するバッテリ(51)と、
上記冷凍用エンジン(30)の回転駆動によって発電してバッテリ(51)に蓄電させる一方、上記バッテリ(51)の電力によって回転して回転動力を発生する発電機(50)とを備え、
上記冷凍用エンジン(30)と圧縮機(40)とが断接自在に接続される一方、上記発電機(50)が圧縮機(40)に断接自在に接続され、
上記冷凍用エンジン(30)の低回転数領域においては、上記冷凍用エンジン(30)と圧縮機(40)との接続が遮断されて上記発電機(50)と圧縮機(40)とが接続される一方、上記冷凍用エンジン(30)の低回転数領域より高い回転数領域においては、上記冷凍用エンジン(30)と圧縮機(40)とが接続されて上記発電機(50)と圧縮機(40)との接続が遮断され、
上記冷凍用エンジン(30)と圧縮機(40)との接続時において、上記冷凍用エンジン(30)の回転数を冷凍負荷に対応して冷凍能力が増減するようにリニアに増減制御する回転数制御手段(91)を備えている
ことを特徴とする冷凍車両用冷凍装置。 - 請求項1において、
上記冷凍回路(70)のファンモータ(7a)は、少なくとも発電機(50)とバッテリ(51)の何れかより給電されるように発電機(50)とバッテリ(51)とに切換接続可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とする冷凍車両用冷凍装置。 - 請求項1又は2において、
上記圧縮機(40)は複数台設けられ、互いに並列に接続されて冷凍回路(70)に接続されている
ことを特徴とする冷凍車両用冷凍装置。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項において、
上記圧縮機(40)に断接自在に接続され、外部電源の電力によって駆動する補助モータ(60)が設けられている
ことを特徴とする冷凍車両用冷凍装置。 - 請求項1において、
上記発電機(50)は、外部電源とバッテリ(51)とに切換接続可能に構成されている
ことを特徴とする冷凍車両用冷凍装置。
