Description
(1)酸素との反応の際に水分を僅かながらも必要とするため、乾燥食品や電子部品や半田粉等のように水分を嫌うものを保存する場合には、従来の脱酸素剤の性能を十分に発揮することができないという問題がある。
(2)包装体で不活性ガスと共に、従来の脱酸素剤を包装した食品中に金属等の異物が混入しているか否かの検査を行う場合には、鉄系脱酸素剤に金属探知機が反応し、簡便な審査を行うことができない、という問題がある。
(3)電子レンジ等のマイクロ波によって急加熱されて発火する、という問題がある。
蛍石類似の超格子構造を有しかつ酸素の強制的な引き抜きによって生じた可逆的な酸素欠損を有する酸化セリウムからなることを特徴とする脱酸素剤にある。
前記脱酸素層の他方の面側に設けられた、酸素ガス易透過性を有するガス易透過層とを有する脱酸素フィルムにある。

炭酸水素アンモニウムとアンモニアと炭酸アンモニウムとシュウ酸とを水に溶解した水溶液を攪拌しながら、硝酸セリウム水溶液を滴下し逆中和した。生成した沈殿物をイオン交換水で洗浄(本実施例では2回)してろ過し、炭酸セリウムを得た。得られた炭酸セリウム粉末を還元処理(水素100%ガスで400SCCMフロー)した。
実施例1と同様に操作し、還元処理工程の前において、炭酸セリウム粉と添加元素としてのカルシウム(Ca)を含む塩である炭酸カルシウム粉(10mol%)とを混合した。その後、混合物を還元処理(水素100%ガスで400SCCMフロー)した。
Claims (12)
- 生活環境雰囲気中の酸素を吸収除去する脱酸素剤であって、
含酸素セリウム塩又はその水和物の直接還元処理で得られ、蛍石類似の超格子構造を有しかつ酸素の強制的な引き抜きによって生じた可逆的な酸素欠損を有する酸化セリウムからなることを特徴とする脱酸素剤。 - 請求の範囲第1項において、
前記酸化セリウムが、CeO2-xで表される酸素欠損構造を有すると共に、xが0.5〜0.7である脱酸素剤。 - 請求の範囲第1項又は第2項において、
マグネシウム(Mg)、カルシウム(Ca)、ストロンチウム(Sr)、ランタン(La)、ニオブ(Nb)、プラセオジム(Pr)又はイットリウム(Y)のいずれか一種又はこれらの混合物からなる添加元素を、前記酸化セリウムに固溶させてなる脱酸素剤。 - 請求の範囲第3項において、
前記添加元素の総添加量が1〜20mol%である脱酸素剤。 - 請求の範囲第1項に記載の脱酸素剤の製造方法であって、
含酸素セリウム塩又はその水和物を、還元性ガスの濃度が爆発下限以上〜100体積%の還元雰囲気下、1000℃以上で直接還元焼成して、超格子構造を有する酸化セリウムを製造することを特徴とする脱酸素剤の製造方法。 - 請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか一項に記載の脱酸素剤が透気抵抗度を有する包装体に内包されてなる脱酸素包装体。
- 請求の範囲第6項において、
前記透気抵抗度を有する包装体の少なくとも一部が透明である脱酸素包装体。 - 請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか一項に記載の脱酸素剤を含む脱酸素層を有することを特徴とする脱酸素フィルム。
- 請求の範囲第8項において、
前記脱酸素層の一方の面側に設けられた、酸素ガスバリア性を有するガスバリア層、および更にその外側に設けられた、該ガスバリア層を保護するための保護層と、
前記脱酸素層の他方の面側に設けられた、酸素ガス易透過性を有するガス易透過層とを有する脱酸素フィルム。 - 請求の範囲第9項において、
前記ガスバリア層と前記保護層との間に高度酸素ガスバリア層を設けてなる脱酸素フィルム。 - 請求の範囲第9項又は第10項において、
前記脱酸素層と前記ガスバリア層との間に、緩衝層を設けてなる脱酸素フィルム。 - 請求の範囲第1項ないし第4項のいずれか一項に記載の脱酸素剤を、酸素ガス易透過性を有してなる樹脂に分散又は練込んでなることを特徴とする脱酸素樹脂組成物。
