Claims (7)
- タイヤ周方向の位置に応じて断面積を変化させたリング状の物体をトレッド部の内面に装着した空気入りタイヤにおいて、密度が5〜70kg/m3 であってタイヤ周方向に沿って均一断面形状を有する多孔質材を部分的に圧縮加工することによって前記リング状の物体を構成した空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材の圧縮部に圧縮状態を維持するための拘束部材を付加した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材の圧縮部を熱融解により形成した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材の圧縮部を熱プレスにより形成した請求項1に記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材のタイヤ周方向の単位長さ当たりの質量の変動幅が0〜2%である請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材の圧縮加工後の断面積の最大値Smax と最小値Smin との差が、タイヤとホイールのリムとの間に形成される空洞部の断面積の10%以上である請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
- 前記多孔質材の圧縮加工後の厚さの最大値Tmax と最小値Tmin が、Tmax ≧10mmかつTmin ≧1mmを満足する請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の空気入りタイヤ。
