Claims (2)
- 基板上に形成された表示電極と、誘電体層と、保護膜とを有するプラズマディスプレイパネルであって、
前記保護膜が酸化マグネシウムを含む金属酸化膜であり、かつ前記保護膜の任意の点における膜厚と、前記任意の点におけるカソードルミネッセンス法により測定した発光波長が330nmから370nmの間の最大発光強度に対する発光波長400nmから450nmの間の最大発光強度の比率との積が、前記保護膜の面内分布として±15%以内のばらつきの範囲にあるとともに、カソードルミネッセンス法により測定した発光波長が330nmから370nmの間の最大発光強度に対する発光波長400nmから450nmの間の最大発光強度の比率が1.08以上であることを特徴とするプラズマディスプレイパネル。 - 前記保護膜の平均膜厚が700nmから900nmの範囲にあり、かつ面内分布が±5%以上±10%以下であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のプラズマディスプレイパネル。
