Description
(1)エンジンの逆転時に燃料噴射タイミングを迎えても燃料が噴射されないので、次の正転時に混合気がオーバーリッチとなることを防止できる。
(2)エンジンの逆転時には燃料噴射弁が作動しないので、バッテリの無駄な電力消費を防止できる。
(3)エンジンの逆転時には点火装置が作動しないので、バッテリの無駄な電力消費を防止できる。
(4)多相交流電機の励磁用として既設のロータセンサの出力信号に基づいてエンジンの正逆転を判別するので、専用センサを別途に配置する必要がなく、レイアウトやコストの面で有利となる。
Claims (2)
- エンジン停止後にクランク軸を所定の位置まで逆転させて次のエンジン始動に備えるエンジン始動制御装置において、
クランク軸が所定の角度に達すると燃料を噴射する燃料噴射装置と、
前記燃料噴射後の所定のタイミングでエンジンを点火する点火装置と、
スタータモータおよびジェネレータとして機能する多相交流電機と、
前記多相交流電機のロータ位置を検知して多相分の相信号を出力するロータセンサと、
各相の相信号の組み合わせに基づいてロータの位置を代表するモータステージを設定するモータステージ設定手段と、
前記ロータの今回のステージと前回のステージとに基づいてエンジンの回転方向を判別する正逆転判別手段と、
前記多相分の相信号のうちの1つの相信号に基づいて燃料噴射ステージを設定する燃料噴射ステージ設定手段とを具備し、
前記燃料噴射装置は、前記燃料噴射ステージが所定のステージに達することで、前記クランク軸が所定の角度に達したことを判定して燃料を噴射し、
前記燃料噴射ステージ判別手段は、前記エンジンの逆転時に燃料噴射ステージの設定を行わないことを特徴とするエンジン始動制御装置。 - 前記エンジンの逆転時にエンジン点火を禁止する点火禁止手段をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のエンジン始動制御装置。
