Claims (3)
- セメントコンクリートを圧送するコンクリート圧送管の一部を成す圧送管部と、圧送管部内に混和剤を供給するための混和剤供給管と、セメントコンクリートと混和剤を混合するための混合手段とを備えるセメントコンクリート混和剤混合装置において、
混和剤供給管から圧送管部内に混和剤を供給する場合は、その供給圧力によって弾性変形して混和剤を圧送管部側に通す混和剤通路を外周面上に作り出すと共に、混和剤供給管から圧送管部内に混和剤を供給しない場合は、復元した状態にあって前記混和剤通路が生じず、これにより圧送管部から混和剤供給管側へのセメントコンクリートの逆流を防ぐ円筒形状の弾性体を設け、該弾性体の上流側端部は圧送管部に対しボルト締結されることを特徴とするセメントコンクリート混和剤混合装置。 - 前記弾性体はゴムである請求項1記載のセメントコンクリート混和剤混合装置。
- 前記圧送管部は、上流管部と、上流管部の外径より大きな内径を有し、かつ上流管部と同心で一部重なるようにその下流側に接続される下流管部とから成り、前記混和剤供給管は、上流管部の外面と下流管部の内面との間の環状の間隙に連通し、前記弾性体は、この間隙に設けられる請求項1又は2記載のセメントコンクリート混和剤混合装置。
