Description
これに対して、請求項1の特徴を有する本発明による装置は、駆動導管が主フィルタのフィルタケーシングに形成されていることにより簡単に製造コストを減じることができるという利点を有している。駆動導管はフィルタケーシングに一体的に組み込まれているので、サクションジェットポンプへさらに別個の圧送通路を組み付ける必要がない。
図1には、第1の構成による燃料を圧送するための装置が概略的に示されている。
Claims (7)
- 燃料をリザーブタンクから内燃機関に圧送するための装置であって、圧送ユニットと、該圧送ユニットの下流側のフィルタケーシング内に配置された主フィルタと、サクションジェットポンプを駆動するための駆動導管とが設けられており、駆動導管(15)が主フィルタ(10)のフィルタケーシング(26)に形成されており、フィルタケーシング(26)が、フィルタポット(27)と、該フィルタポットを閉鎖するフィルタカバー(28)とを有しており、駆動導管(15)がフィルタポット(27)及び/又はフィルタカバー(28)に形成されており、フィルタポット(27)が、フィルタカバー(28)に面した端面に第1の肩部(40)を有していて、フィルタカバー(28)が、フィルタポット(27)に面した端面に第2の肩部(41)を有しており、第1の肩部(40)と第2の肩部(41)とがフランジ状に互いに接触している形式のものにおいて、
駆動導管(15)の第1の区分(37)が、フィルタポット(27)の第1の肩部(40)及びフィルタカバー(28)の第2の肩部(41)に設けられていると共に、部分環状であることを特徴とする、燃料をリザーブタンクから内燃機関に圧送するための装置。 - 圧送ユニット(3)から逆止弁(9)を介して内燃機関(4)に通じている圧力導管(8)が設けられており、前記第1の区分(37)が逆止弁(9)の上流側で圧力導管(8)に接続されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 駆動導管(15)が絞り部材(21)及び/又は別の前フィルタ(22)を有している、請求項2記載の装置。
- 駆動導管(15)の第2の区分(42)がフィルタポット(27)に設けられており、前記第2の区分(42)は、フィルタポット(27)の第1の肩部(40)を起点としてフィルタポット(27)のポット底面(31)の方向に延びている、請求項1記載の装置。
- フィルタカバー(28)が駆動導管(15)の別の区分(50)を有しており、該別の区分が、主フィルタ(10)の下流側に配置された圧力制御弁(14)から延びていて駆動導管(15)の第2の区分(42)に接続されており、駆動導管(15)の第1の区分(37)は隔壁(47)によって第2の区分(42)に対してシールされて遮断されている、請求項1記載の装置。
- 圧送ユニット(3)が出口管片(7)を有していて、出口管片はフィルタケーシング(26)のフィルタ入口(24)内に突入している、請求項1記載の装置。
- フィルタ入口(24)が開口(38)を介して駆動導管(15)に流れを接続するように接続されている、請求項6記載の装置。
