Description
Claims (21)
- 複数の内側ねじ、これら複数の内側ねじと対応する複数の入口、および一つの出口を有する管状部を備え、
前記複数の内側ねじのそれぞれは、前記複数の入口のそれぞれと連結されるとともに一つの前記出口と連結されており、また、
前記管状部内に配置され、該管状部と同軸に延びる回転可能な円筒形シャフトと、
前記シャフトに連結された駆動モータと、
を備え、前記管状部は弾性があり、前記シャフトは前記管状部の内壁部に当接する粘性媒体送り装置。 - 前記内壁部が、前記内側ねじのねじ山を備える、請求項1に記載の送り装置。
- 前記管状部が、エラストマーでできている、請求項1又は2に記載の送り装置。
- 前記管状部がゴムでできている、請求項3に記載の送り装置。
- 前記管状部が、取り外し可能な管内に含まれている、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記内側ねじが湾曲した底部を備える、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記管状部が複数の出口を有し、前記複数の内側ねじは、該複数の出口のそれぞれに接続している、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記管状部がテーパ状の出口端部を有し、前記シャフトが前記テーパ状の出口端部内に延びるテーパ状端部を有する、請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記粘性媒体が粒子を含む、請求項1から8までのいずれか一項に記載の送り装置。
- 前記粘性媒体がはんだペーストである、請求項1から9までのいずれか一項に記載の送り装置。
- 粘性媒体容器と、前記粘性媒体容器に連結された粘性媒体送り装置と、前記粘性媒体送り装置に連結された噴出機構とを備える粘性媒体噴射装置であって、前記粘性媒体送り装置が、
複数の内側ねじ、これら複数の内側ねじと対応する複数の入口、および一つの出口を有する管状部を備え、
前記複数の内側ねじのそれぞれは、前記複数の入口のそれぞれと連結されるとともに一つの前記出口と連結されており、また、
前記管状部内に配置され、それと同軸に延びる回転可能な円筒形シャフトと、
前記シャフトに連結された駆動モータと
を備え、前記管状部は弾性があり、前記シャフトは前記管状部の内壁部と当接する粘性媒体噴射装置。 - 粘性媒体噴射機のスタンドと噛み合い可能な装置ホルダと、スタンドの相補型インターフェースに適合するインターフェースとを備える粘性媒体噴射装置であって、前記インターフェースは、装置の動作を制御する電気及び空気圧要素を備える、請求項11に記載の粘性媒体噴射装置。
- 粘性媒体送り装置内に取り付け可能であると共に、入口と、出口と、一端部が前記入口に連結され、他端部が前記出口に連結された内側ねじを有する管状部を備えた送り管であって、前記管状部は弾性があり、かつ少なくとも大部分の外形が非円形である送り管。
- 前記入口が、前記管状部の一端部に近接して配置され、該管状部の側壁を通って延びる、請求項13に記載の送り管。
- 前記管状部が、一端部にテーパ状の端部を有する、請求項13または14に記載の送り管。
- 前記内側ねじが湾曲した底部を有する、請求項13から15までのいずれか一項に記載の送り管。
- 前記管状部がエラストマーでできている、請求項13から16までのいずれか一項に記載の送り管。
- 前記管状部がゴムでできている、請求項17に記載の送り管。
- 請求項13から18までのいずれか一項に記載の送り管を含む粘性媒体送り装置であって、前記管状部に同軸に延在する円筒形シャフトおよび該円筒形シャフトに結合された駆動モータを有する粘性媒体送り装置。
- 粘性媒体を送るために請求項19に記載の粘性媒体送り装置を使用する粘性媒体噴射装置。
- 噴射前に粘性媒体の所定量を収める噴射チャンバ、該噴射チャンバに連通するノズル、前記粘性媒体を前記噴射チャンバから前記ノズルを通して噴射させる噴射手段および請求項19に記載の粘性媒体送り装置を有する粘性媒体噴射装置。
