Claims (5)
- 巻線が巻回されるドラムコアと、ドラムコアの外周を囲むリングコアとを有するインダクタンス素子において、
上記ドラムコアの上鍔部の円形の外周面または上記リングコアの円形の内周面のいずれか一方に凸部が設けられ、他方には上記凸部が係止される凹部が設けられ、
上記凹部は、その凹部の最深部から一方の外縁部に向かって傾斜する傾斜面を有し、上記凸部の頂点を上記最深部側から上記外縁部側の方向へと移動させることで、上記凸部が上記傾斜面に接触し係止されることを特徴とするインダクタンス素子。 - 前記リングコアは、円筒形状または矩形形状としていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 前記凸部は半球形状または円柱形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 前記凸部および前記凹部がそれぞれ3つ設けられており、前記凹部は円周方向に対して同一方向に前記傾斜面が位置するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインダクタンス素子。
- 前記ドラムコアは下鍔部をさらに有し、
前記ドラムコアの上記下鍔部の外周面または前記リングコアの内周面のいずれか一方に前記凸部が設けられ、他方には前記凸部が係止される前記凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のインダクタンス素子。
