Description
Claims (6)
- 코일이 권취되는 드럼 코어와, 드럼 코어의 외주를 둘러싸는 링 코어를 가지는 인덕턴스 소자에 있어서,상기 드럼 코어의 상부 칼라부의 외주면 또는 상기 링 코어의 내주면의 어느 한쪽에 철부(凸部)가 형성되고, 다른 쪽에는 상기 철부가 결합되는 요부(凹部)가 형성되고,상기 요부는, 그 요부의 가장 깊은 부분으로부터 한쪽의 외측 둘레부를 향해 경사지는 경사면을 가지고, 상기 가장 깊은 부분으로부터 상기 요부의 개구부로 연장되는 수직선을 기준으로 상기 링 코어의 상면 방향에서 볼 때 좌우 비대칭인 단면 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 링 코어는, 원통형상 또는 저부가 있는 원통컵 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 링 코어는, 직사각형통 형상 또는 저부가 있는 직사각형통 컵 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 철부는 반구(半球) 형상 또는 원기둥 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 철부 및 상기 요부가 각각 3개 형성되어 있고, 상기 좌우 비대칭인 단면 형상을 가지는 상기 요부는 원주 방향에 대하여 동일 방향을 향하도록 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 철부 및 상기 요부가 상부 칼라부 및 하부 칼라부의 양쪽에 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕턴스 소자.
