Description
本願請求項2記載の発明は、バランサ軸に固定されたボス部の外周から放射状に複数対のダボが突出したブッシュ部材と、上記ブッシュ部材と同軸に配され、環状部外周に歯車が形成されるとともに、該環状部内周から求心状に複数対のダボが突出した歯車部材とを備え、上記ブッシュ部材側のダボと歯車部材側のダボとの間に弾性部材が組込まれたバランサ被駆動ギヤにおいて、上記ダボの形状が非対称であり、前記ブッシュ部材の隣接するダボ間の空所の周方向幅が一致する空所が軸心を挟んで一対形成されるとともに、前記空所の周方向幅が異なる空所が軸心を挟んで一対形成され、前記歯車部材における軸心を挟んだ一方の一対のダボは、相互に同一の形状に形成されるとともに、軸心を挟んだ他方の一対のダボの幅が互いに異にした形状に形成され、前記バランサ被駆動ギヤが組み上がった状態で、前記ブッシュ部材における周方向幅が一致する一方の一対の空所に前記一対の弾性部材が嵌装され、かつ前記ブッシュ部材における周方向幅の異なる空所に、前記幅の異なるダボが嵌入されたことを特徴とするものである。
本願請求項3記載の発明は、前記請求項1または請求項2記載の発明において、前記一対の弾性部材は、相互に同一形状に形成されるとともに、周方向に間隙を存して配列される相互に同一形状の二個のゴムブロックと、該両ゴムブロックを相互に連結する連結部材とよりなり、該一対の弾性部材の二個のゴムブロックの間隙に、前記歯車部材の相互に同一形状に形成された一方の一対のダボがそれぞれ嵌入されたことを特徴とするものである。
Claims (3)
- バランサ軸に固定されたボス部の外周から放射状に複数対のダボが突出したブッシュ部材と、
上記ブッシュ部材と同軸に配され、環状部外周に歯車が形成されるとともに、該環状部内周から求心状に複数対のダボが突出した歯車部材30とを備え、
上記ブッシュ部材側のダボと歯車部材側のダボとの間に弾性部材が組込まれたバランサ被駆動ギヤにおいて、
上記ダボの形状が非対称であり、
前記ブッシュ部材の隣接するダボ間の空所の周方向幅が一致する空所が軸心を挟んで一対形成されるとともに、前記空所の深さが異なる空所が軸心を挟んで一対に形成され、
前記歯車部材における軸心を挟んだ一方の一対のダボは、相互に同一の形状に形成されるとともに、軸心を挟んだ他方の一対のダボの突出長さが互いに異にした形状に形成され、
前記バランサ被駆動ギヤが組み上がった状態で、前記ブッシュ部材における周方向幅が一致する一方の一対の空所に前記一対の弾性部材が嵌装され、かつ前記ブッシュ部材における深さの異なる空所に、前記突出長さの異なるダボが嵌入されたことを特徴とするバランサ被駆動ギヤ。 - バランサ軸に固定されたボス部の外周から放射状に複数対のダボが突出したブッシュ部材と、
上記ブッシュ部材と同軸に配され、環状部外周に歯車が形成されるとともに、該環状部内周から求心状に複数対のダボが突出した歯車部材とを備え、
上記ブッシュ部材側のダボと歯車部材側のダボとの間に弾性部材が組込まれたバランサ被駆動ギヤにおいて、
上記ダボの形状が非対称であり、
前記ブッシュ部材の隣接するダボ間の空所の周方向幅が一致する空所が軸心を挟んで一対形成されるとともに、前記空所の周方向幅が異なる空所が軸心を挟んで一対形成され、
前記歯車部材における軸心を挟んだ一方の一対のダボは、相互に同一の形状に形成されるとともに、軸心を挟んだ他方の一対のダボの幅が互いに異にした形状に形成され、
前記バランサ被駆動ギヤが組み上がった状態で、前記ブッシュ部材における周方向幅が一致する一方の一対の空所に前記一対の弾性部材が嵌装され、かつ前記ブッシュ部材における周方向幅の異なる空所に、前記幅の異なるダボが嵌入されたことを特徴とするバランサ被駆動ギヤ。 - 前記請求項1または請求項2記載の発明において、前記一対の弾性部材は、相互に同一形状に形成されるとともに、周方向に間隙を存して配列される相互に同一形状の二個のゴムブロックと、該両ゴムブロックを相互に連結する連結部材とよりなり、該一対の弾性部材の二個のゴムブロックの間隙に、前記歯車部材の相互に同一形状に、形成された一方の一対のダボがそれぞれ嵌入されたことを特徴とするバランサ被駆動ギヤ。
