Description
(1)少なくとも基材の片面に粘着剤を有する表面保護シートにおいて、該粘着剤が、スチレン系ランダム共重合体の水素添加物と非晶性ポリプロピレン系エラストマーと粘着付与樹脂と軟化剤を含み、スチレン系ランダム共重合体の水素添加物と非晶性ポリプロピレン系エラストマーの合計を100とした場合に、スチレン系ランダム共重合体の水素添加物:非晶性ポリプロピレン系エラストマー=0超:100未満〜80未満:20超であることを特徴とする表面保護シート、
(2)スチレン系ランダム共重合体の水素添加物が、スチレン−ブタジエンランダム共重合体の水素添加物である上記(1)記載の表面保護シート、
(3)粘着付与樹脂が、水素添加されたロジンエステル系樹脂および/または水素添加されたテルペン樹脂からなることを特徴とする上記(1)または(2)記載の表面保護シート、
(4)軟化剤が、オイル、パラフィンワックス、低分子量ポリブテン、低分子量ポリイソプレン、および低分子量ポリイソブチレンの中から選択される少なくとも1種である上記(1)〜(3)のいずれか1つに記載の表面保護シート、
(5)粘着剤中に、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、紫外線安定剤(HALS)、帯電防止剤、および滑剤の中から選択される少なくとも1つが含まれることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(4)のいずれか1つに記載の表面保護シート、
に関するものである。
対塗膜粘着力:180°ピール力、被着体:難接着性アクリル系塗膜*、剥離速度:0.3m/min、測定雰囲気:23℃、−20℃、または70℃における対塗膜粘着力をJIS Z 0237に準拠して測定した。
剥離作業性を評価するため、高速剥離条件における対塗膜粘着力を測定した。
前処理:70℃×5時間加熱後、常温(23℃)まで放置冷却を行った後、対塗膜粘着力:180°ピール力、被着体:難接着性アクリル系塗膜*、剥離速度:40m/min、測定雰囲気:23℃における対塗膜粘着力をJIS Z 0237に準拠して測定した。
難接着性アクリル塗料*を塗装した塗装板にシワを発生させて粘着シートを貼付、80℃×24h加熱後、常温まで放置冷却して、塗装板から粘着シートを剥離した。その後、粘着シートのシワ部分が貼付けられていた塗膜部分と粘着シートの非シワ部分が貼付けられていた塗膜部分との間に発生した塗膜段差を表面粗さ計(小坂研究所製サーフコーダーET4000A)を用いて測定した。塗膜貼り跡が0.17μm以下を○(良好)、0.18μm以上を×(不良)と判定した。
50mm幅×110mm長の粘着シートを塗装板に貼付後、長さ方向に10mm剥がして折り返しを入れる。この粘着シートの折り返しを有する塗装板を試験片とした。次にこの試験片を23℃に20分静置後、−20℃に40分静置し、その後−20℃の雰囲気下で、試験片の折り返し部分に5mm離れた距離からエアガンにてエアを3秒噴射して、剥離の有無を評価した。エアガンノズル口径1.5mmφ、コンプレッサーポンプ圧力1.5〜1.0kg/cm2。
表1に示すように、実施例1〜7はいずれも、常温(23℃粘着力)において塗膜に対し適度な粘着力を有し、しかも、のり残りを起こさなかった。また、低温接着性試験でも、粘着剤ののり残りを起こさず良好であった。さらに、70℃の加熱粘着力(70℃粘着力)においてものり残りを起こさず良好であった。また、塗膜の貼り跡段差(塗膜貼り跡)も少なく、テープを塗膜から剥がした跡が目立たなかった。さらに、冬場の実用性をテストする低温接着性試験でも良好な結果が得られた。
比較例1は70℃の加熱粘着力測定(70℃粘着力)においてのり残りを起こし、不具合を生じた。
比較例2、比較例3は低温接着性試験で剥れてしまい、不具合を生じた。
比較例4は貼り跡が目立ち、不具合を生じた。
比較例5、6は低温接着性試験で剥れてしまい、不具合を生じた。
Claims (4)
- 少なくとも基材の片面に粘着剤を有する表面保護シートにおいて、該粘着剤が、スチレン(1〜50重量%)−ジエン系炭化水素(99〜50重量%)ランダム共重合体の水素添加物と非晶性ポリプロピレン系エラストマーと粘着付与樹脂と軟化剤を含み、スチレン(1〜50重量%)−ジエン系炭化水素(99〜50重量%)ランダム共重合体の水素添加物と非晶性ポリプロピレン系エラストマーの合計を100とした場合に、スチレン(1〜50重量%)−ジエン系炭化水素(99〜50重量%)ランダム共重合体の水素添加物:非晶性ポリプロピレン系エラストマー=20:80〜70:30であることを特徴とする表面保護シート。
- 粘着付与樹脂が水素添加されたロジンエステル系樹脂および/または水素添加されたテルペン樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の表面保護シート。
- 軟化剤が、オイル、パラフィンワックス、低分子量ポリブテン、低分子量ポリイソプレン、および低分子量ポリイソブチレンの中から選択される少なくとも1種である請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護シート。
- 粘着剤中に、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤、紫外線安定剤(HALS)、帯電防止剤、および滑剤の中から選択される少なくとも1つが含まれることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護シート。
