Description
ガラス転移温度が0℃以下且つメルトフローレートが0.1〜100g/10分 (230℃、2.16kg)であるオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー100重量部、および
該エラストマー100重量部に対して、粘着付与樹脂5〜50重量部、および軟化剤0〜200重量部を含有することを特徴とする表面保護シートに関するものである。
本発明において使用されるオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーのガラス転移温度は、0℃以下、好ましくは0℃〜−150℃、より好ましくは0℃〜−130℃である。
本発明において使用されるオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーのメルトフローレートは、230℃、2.16kgの条件で0.1〜100g/10分、好ましくは230℃、2.16kgで0.5〜50g/10分、より好ましいのは230℃、2.16kgで1.0〜30g/10分である。
基材フィルムに押出し溶融塗工する場合、基材樹脂は熱可塑性樹脂からなるフィルムだけでなく、紙、金属、織布、不織布等の非熱可塑性の基材を用いることもできる。
参考例3におけるオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーをSIS(スチレン/イソプレン/スチレン共重合体、(株)日本ゼオン クインタック3421Cに置き換えて、参考例1記載の方法で粘着シートを作製した。
参考例3の粘着剤組成物のうちオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーをSEPS(スチレンエチレンプロピレンスチレンブロック共重合体 (株)クラレ製セプトン2063 MFR=7 g/10min (230℃2.16kg))に変更した以外は、参考例1と同様な方法にしたがって粘着シートを作製した。
参考例3におけるオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーをポリイソブチレン(エクソンモービル・ケミカル社 ビスタネックスMML80)に置き換えて、参考例1記載の方法で粘着シートを作製した。
メルトフローレートは、(株)安田精機製作所製のメルトインデックステスターKAYENESS7053を用いて、JIS K 7210に準拠した方法により、測定温度230℃、荷重2.16kgの条件下で測定を行った。
対塗膜粘着力:180°ピール力、被着体;難接着性アクリル系塗膜*、剥離速度;0.3m/min(JIS Z 0237準拠)、測定雰囲気;23℃、0℃
対塗膜高速剥離力(表における70℃5h加熱後の粘着力に対応する):180°ピール力、被着体;難接着性アクリル系塗膜*、剥離速度;40m/min 前処理;70℃×5時間後、室温まで放置冷却、測定雰囲気;23℃(JIS Z 0237準拠)
測定結果を以下の表1に示す。
参考例1〜6、実施例7〜9の粘着シートは適度な粘着力を有するとともに、剥離性も問題無く表面保護シートとしてバランスの良い粘着特性を示した。また、加熱後の貼り跡段差は小さく、汚染等の不具合も無かった。また、参考例3、6の粘着剤は溶展塗工法だけでなく共押出し製膜法でも粘着シートを作製したが、押出し特性は良好で溶展塗工法と遜色のない粘着シートを得ることができた。
一方、比較例1の粘着シートは保持力のずれが大きく、比較例2の粘着シートは塗膜汚染が、強く見られ、表面保護シートとしては不適当であった。また、比較例3、4の粘着シートも貼り跡段差が大きく、肉眼でもはっきりと塗面の凹凸が確認された。比較例5の保護シートは、押し出しが悪く、表面保護シートとしては不適当であった。比較例6の粘着シートは、塗膜汚染が、強く見られ、表面保護シートとしては不適当であった。比較例7および8の粘着シートは貼り跡段差が大きく、肉眼でもはっきりと塗面の凹凸が確認された。比較例9の粘着シートは低温での粘着力が低く、表面保護シートとしては不適当であった。
Claims (8)
- 少なくとも基材の片面に粘着剤層を有する表面保護シートにおいて、該粘着剤が、
ガラス転移温度が0℃以下且つメルトフローレートが0.1〜100g/10分 (230℃、2.16kg)である非晶性のオレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマー100重量部のうち、5〜35重量部をスチレン/イソブチレンブロック共重合体に置き換えたエラストマー、および該エラストマー100重量部に対して、粘着付与樹脂5〜50重量部、および軟化剤0〜200重量部を含有することを特徴とする、表面保護シート。 - オレフィン系熱可塑性エラストマーが共重合体であり、各ドメインのガラス転移温度が0℃以下且つメルトフローレートが0.1〜100g/10分 (230℃、2.16kg)であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の表面保護シート。
- 粘着付与樹脂のガラス転移温度が90℃以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の表面保護シート。
- 粘着付与樹脂がロジン系樹脂である、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護シート。
- ロジン系樹脂が水素添加されたロジンエステル系樹脂である、請求項4に記載の表面保護シート。
- 粘着剤中に、酸化防止剤、紫外線吸収剤および紫外線安定剤からなる群の中から選択される少なくとも1種を含むことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護シート。
- 軟化剤5〜100重量部を含有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の表面保護シート。
- 軟化剤がパラフィンオイル、芳香族系オイル、ナフテンオイル、パラフィンワックス、低分子量ポリブテン、低分子量ポリイソプレン、低分子量ポリイソブチレン及び低分子量ポリオレフィンからなる群より選択される少なくとも1種である、請求項7記載の表面保護シート。
