- 間隔を置いて平行に配置された複数の水平なヘッダパイプと、前記複数のヘッダパイプの間に所定ピッチで複数配置され、内部に設けた垂直な冷媒通路を前記ヘッダパイプの内部に連通させた垂直な偏平チューブと、前記偏平チューブ間に配置されたコルゲートフィンとを備えた熱交換器において、
前記コルゲートフィンは、フィン表面が風下側に向かい下り勾配となった風上側コルゲートフィンと、フィン表面が風下側に向かい上り勾配となった風下側コルゲートフィンとからなり、
前記偏平チューブの側面に形成されたリブに前記風上側コルゲートフィンの風下側端と前記風下側コルゲートフィンの風上側端を当接させることにより、前記風上側コルゲートフィンと前記風下側コルゲートフィンとの間に所定の間隙が形成されることを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記リブは垂直方向に連続することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
