Abstract
パラレルフロー型熱交換器において、熱交換性能の向上を図るとともに、除霜水や結露水をスムーズに排水できるようにする。熱交換器(1)は、垂直方向に間隔を置いて平行に配置された水平なヘッダパイプ(2)、(3)と、ヘッダパイ(2)、(3)の間に水平方向に間隔を置いて複数配置され、内部に設けた垂直な冷媒通路(5)をヘッダパイプの内部に連通させた垂直な偏平チューブ(4)と、偏平チューブ(4)間に配置されたコルゲートフィン(6)を備える。コルゲートフィン(6)は、フィン表面が風下側に向かい下り勾配となった風上側コルゲートフィン(6U)と、フィン表面が風下側に向かい上り勾配となった風下側コルゲートフィン(6D)からなる。偏平チューブ(4)の側面には、風上側コルゲートフィン(6U)の風下側端と風下側コルゲートフィン(6D)の風上側端を当接させる垂直なリブ(12)が形成されている。
