Description
駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
燃料の供給を受けて発電可能な発電手段と、
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
変速比の切り替えを伴って前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達する変速伝達手段と、
前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段の充放電の状態を検出する蓄電手段状態検出手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際、前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記検出された蓄電手段の充放電の状態が前記蓄電手段に許容される範囲として設定される制御用許容範囲外になったときには該蓄電手段の充放電の状態が該制御用許容範囲内となるように前記変速伝達手段の変速比の切替状態が変更されるよう前記発電手段と前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
駆動軸を駆動する駆動装置であって、
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
変速比の切り替えを伴って前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達する変速伝達手段と、
前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段の充放電の状態を検出する蓄電手段状態検出手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際、前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記検出された蓄電手段の充放電の状態が前記蓄電手段に許容される範囲として設定される制御用許容範囲外になったときには該蓄電手段の充放電の状態が該制御用許容範囲内となるように前記変速伝達手段の変速比の切替状態が変更されるよう前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備えることを要旨とする。
燃料の供給を受けて発電可能な発電手段と、動力を入出力可能な電動機と、変速比の切り替えを伴って前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達する変速伝達手段と、前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記蓄電手段の充放電の状態を検出し、
(b)前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定し、
(c)前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際、前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記検出された蓄電手段の充放電の状態が前記蓄電手段に許容される範囲として設定される制御用許容範囲外になったときには該蓄電手段の充放電の状態が該制御用許容範囲内となるように前記変速伝達手段の変速比の切替状態が変更されるよう前記発電手段と前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御する
ことを要旨とする。

Claims (15)
- 駆動軸に動力を出力する動力出力装置であって、
燃料の供給を受けて発電可能な発電手段と、
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
少なくとも一つの油圧駆動のクラッチの係合状態を変更することによる変速比の切り替えを伴って前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達する変速伝達手段と、
前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記蓄電手段の端子間の電圧を検出する電圧検出手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記蓄電手段の電圧範囲として予め設定された第1の電圧以上で第2の電圧未満である所定電圧範囲内のときには前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記電動機の回転数の変化速度が第1の変化速度となるよう前記クラッチに供給される油圧の状態を変更して前記変速手段の変速比が切り替えられるよう前記発電手段と前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御し、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記所定電圧範囲外になったときには前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記電動機の回転数の変化速度が前記第1の変化速度より遅い第2の変化速度となるよう前記クラッチに供給される油圧の状態を変更して前記変速伝達手段の変速比が切り替えられるよう前記発電手段と前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える動力出力装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記所定電圧範囲外になった後に該蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が該所定電圧範囲内になったときには、前記変速伝達手段の変速比の切り替えを終了した以降に該変速伝達手段の変速比の切替状態を変更前の切替状態に戻す手段である請求項1記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記所定電圧範囲外になったときには、前記変速伝達手段の変速比の切り替えを終了した後に次回に該変速伝達手段の変速比の切り替えを開始する際に該変速伝達手段の変速比の切替状態を変更する手段である請求項1または2記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記所定電圧範囲外になったときには、前記蓄電手段の端子間の電圧に基づいて前記変速伝達手段の変速比の切替状態を変更する条件を設定する手段である請求項1ないし3いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電動機の回転数が小さくなるよう前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際に制御する手段である請求項1ないし4いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記電動機の回転数が大きくなるよう前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際に制御する手段である請求項1ないし5いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし6いずれか記載の動力出力装置であって、
前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際における前記電動機の回転数の変化状態を学習する学習手段を備え、
前記制御手段は、前記学習した結果を用いて前記変速伝達手段の変速比が切り替えられるよう制御する手段である
動力出力装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記所定電圧範囲外になったときには、前記発電手段の発電電力に基づいて前記変速伝達手段の変速比の切替状態が変更されるよう制御する手段である請求項1ないし7いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記発電手段は、内燃機関と、該内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸とに接続され電力と動力との入出力を伴って前記内燃機関からの動力の少なくとも一部を前記駆動軸に出力可能な電力動力入出力手段と、を備える手段である請求項1ないし8いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸と前記駆動軸と回転軸との3軸に接続され該3軸のうちのいずれか2軸に入出力される動力に基づいて残余の軸に動力を入出力する3軸式動力入出力手段と、前記回転軸に動力を入出力する発電機と、を備える手段である請求項9記載の動力出力装置。
- 前記電力動力入出力手段は、前記内燃機関の出力軸に接続された第1の回転子と前記駆
動軸に接続された第2の回転子とを有し該第1の回転子と該第2の回転子との相対的な回転により回転する対回転子電動機である請求項9記載の動力出力装置。 - 前記発電手段は、燃料電池である請求項1ないし8いずれか記載の動力出力装置。
- 請求項1ないし12いずれか記載の動力出力装置を搭載し、車軸が前記駆動軸に連結されてなる自動車。
- 駆動軸を駆動する駆動装置であって、
動力を入出力可能な電動機と、
変速比の切替を伴って前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達する変速伝達手段と、
前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、
前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定する要求動力設定手段と、
前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記蓄電手段の電圧範囲として予め設定された第1の電圧以上で第2の電圧未満である所定電圧範囲内のときには前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記電動機の回転数の変化速度が第1の変化速度となるよう前記クラッチに供給される油圧の状態を変更して前記変速伝達手段の変速比が切り替えられるよう前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御し、前記検出された蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記所定電圧範囲外になったときには前記設定された要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記電動機の回転数の変化速度が前記第1の変化速度より遅い第2の変化速度となるよう前記クラッチに供給される油圧の状態を変更して前記変速伝達手段の変速比が切り替えられるよう前記発電手段と前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御する制御手段と、
を備える駆動装置。 - 燃料の供給を受けて発電可能な発電手段と、動力を入出力可能な電動機と、少なくとも一つの油圧駆動のクラッチの係合状態を変更することによる変速比の切り替えを伴って前記電動機の回転軸と前記駆動軸との間で動力を変速して伝達する変速伝達手段と、前記発電手段および前記電動機と電力のやりとりが可能な蓄電手段と、を備える動力出力装置の制御方法であって、
(a)前記蓄電手段の端子間の電圧を検出し、
(b)前記駆動軸に要求される要求動力を設定し、
(c)前記変速伝達手段の変速比を切り替える際、前記検出した蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記蓄電手段の電圧範囲として予め設定された第1の電圧以上で第2の電圧未満である所定電圧範囲内のときには前記設定した要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記電動機の回転数の変化速度が第1の変化速度となるよう前記クラッチに供給される油圧の状態を変更して前記変速伝達手段の変速比が切り替えられるよう前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御し、前記検出した蓄電手段の端子間の電圧が前記所定電圧範囲外になったときには前記設定した要求動力に基づく動力が前記駆動軸に出力されると共に前記電動機の回転数の変化速度が前記第1の変化速度より遅い第2の変化速度となるよう前記クラッチに供給される油圧の状態を変更して前記変速伝達手段の変速比が切り替えられるよう前記発電手段と前記電動機と前記変速伝達手段とを制御する
