Claims (3)
- ウェブ原反から製品幅に裁断されたテープ状の情報記録媒体を走行させる駆動機構と、
走行する前記情報記録媒体にサーボパターンを書き込んでサーボバンドを形成するサーボパターン書込手段と、
前記サーボバンド及び前記情報記録媒体のエッジが平行となるように、走行する前記情報記録媒体の端縁を切り整えて前記情報記録媒体に前記エッジを形成するテープエッジ形成機構とを備えることを特徴とするサーボライタ。 - ウェブ原反から製品幅に裁断されたテープ状の情報記録媒体を走行させる駆動機構と、
走行する前記情報記録媒体の端縁を切り整えて前記情報記録媒体にエッジを形成するテープエッジ形成機構と、
前記情報記録媒体の前記エッジ及びサーボバンドが平行となるように前記情報記録媒体にサーボパターンを記録して前記サーボバンドを形成するサーボパターン書込手段とを備えることを特徴とするサーボライタ。 - 前記テープエッジ形成機構が、前記サーボパターン書込手段に対して走行する前記情報記録媒体の下流側で隣接するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のサーボライタ。
