Claims (5)
- ウェハと、
ガラスと、
前記ガラスと前記ウェハとの間にセルギャップを有するように形成された壁と、
前記ウェハの一面に付着され、伸縮及び/または収縮可能な圧電体と、
外部電源の供給を受けることにより、前記圧電体を収縮または伸張のいずれかの状態にさせるように形成された電極と、
を含むことを特徴とするシリコン液晶表示装置。 - 前記圧電体は前記ウェハの下面に付着されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコン液晶表示装置。
- 前記圧電体の変形により生じた電圧を検出する電圧検出部と、
前記電圧検出部から検出された電圧に応じて前記圧電体の変形を補償するフィードバック制御部と、
を更に含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコン液晶表示装置。 - 前記壁は前記ウェハ上面の両端部に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシリコン液晶表示装置。
- ウェハの一面に付着した圧電体を有するシリコンディスプレー装置上の液晶のセルギャップを調整するセルギャップ調整方法であって、
前記圧電体自身の変形により生じた電圧を検出するステップと、
検出された前記電圧に応じて圧電体に連結された電極にフィードバック電圧を供給するステップと、
を含むことを特徴とするセルギャップ調整方法。
