Claims (5)
- 正面軸端側に位置する略裁頭円錐形状の絞り形部を有する円周ボス部と,軸方向中央に位置する軸周支持ボス部と,背面軸端側に位置する円周突起部とからなる金属製のブッシュと、合成樹脂からなり円板状の羽根部支持台の正面側の中心に軸方向に膨出する山形膨出部が形成され,該山形膨出部の周囲に複数の羽根が一体形成されたインペラ本体とからなり、前記ブッシュの円周突起部の外径は、前記絞り形部の軸端箇所の外径よりも小さく形成されると共に、前記円周突起部は前記山形膨出部の背面側に位置され、前記ブッシュが前記山形膨出部にインサートされてなることを特徴とするインペラ。
- 正面軸端側に位置する略裁頭円錐形状の絞り形部を有する円周ボス部と,軸方向中央に位置する軸周支持ボス部と,背面軸端側に位置する円周突起部とからなる金属製のブッシュと、円板状の羽根部支持台の正面中心側で且つ軸方向に膨出する山形膨出部が形成され、該山形膨出部の周囲に複数の羽根がディスクゲート部からの合成樹脂の流入にて一体形成されたインペラ本体とからなり、前記ブッシュの円周突起部の外径は、前記ディスクゲート部の内径よりも小さく形成し、前記ブッシュの絞り形部は、前記円周突起部の外径より大きく、且つ、前記ディスクゲート部の内径より大きい直径となる外径以上で形成されると共に、前記円周突起部は前記山形膨出部の背面側に位置され、前記ブッシュが前記山形膨出部にインサートされてなることを特徴とするインペラ。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記円周突起部の直径方向外方には軸方向に沿って1段下がる平坦状の段差面が形成されてなることを特徴とするインペラ。
- 請求項3において、前記円周突起部の外周側面と、前記段差面との隅角部は断面略弧状に形成されてなることを特徴とするインペラ。
- 請求項1,2,3又は4のいずれか1項の記載において、前記円周突起部の先端面は平坦状に形成されると共に外周側面との角部の欠肉量は0.3mm以下に形成されてなることを特徴とするインペラ。
