Claims (11)
- 金属製のブッシュを、金型に配置した後に、該金型のゲートから樹脂原料を注入し、前記ゲート内に残留形成された不要樹脂部と、前記ブッシュの周囲に成形した樹脂製のインペラ本体との連結部を薄く形成し、前記ブッシュのボス孔より軸状の工具を用いて軸方向に沿って前記不要樹脂部の裏面を突き出すようにして前記不要樹脂部を前記インペラ本体から除去してなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 金属製のブッシュを、金型に配置した後に、該金型のゲートから樹脂原料を注入し、前記ゲート内に残留形成された不要樹脂部と、前記ブッシュの周囲に成形した樹脂製のインペラ本体との連結部を薄く形成し、押出し又は引抜き手段により前記不要樹脂部を前記インペラ本体から除去してなり、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部は、扁平円筒形状の円周突起部が形成されると共に、該円周突起部の外側には先端面よりも低位置となる段差面が形成され、前記円周突起部の外周側面と前記段差面との隅角部は断面略弧状に形成されてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 金属製のブッシュと、該ブッシュの軸方向端部の外径よりも僅かに大きな内径とした扁平円筒形状のディスクゲート部を有するゲートを備えたゲート側型と,インペラ成形空隙部を有する成形側型とからなる金型とを備え、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部を前記ディスクゲート部に対向させつつ前記ブッシュを前記金型に配置し、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部と前記ディスクゲート部との隙間から樹脂原料を注入し、前記ゲート内に残留形成された不要樹脂部と、前記ブッシュの周囲に成形した樹脂製のインペラ本体との連結部を薄く形成し、押出し又は引抜き手段により前記不要樹脂部を前記インペラ本体から除去してなり、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部は、扁平円筒形状の円周突起部が形成されると共に、該円周突起部の外側には先端面よりも低位置となる段差面が形成され、前記円周突起部の外周側面と前記段差面との隅角部は断面略弧状に形成されてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項3において、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部の位置は前記ディスクゲート部の開口面と同一平面となるようにしてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項3において、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部の位置は、前記ディスクゲート部の開口面から僅かの間隔をおくように離間させてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項3において、前記ブッシュの軸方向端部の位置は、前記ディスクゲート部の開口面より内部に僅かに挿入するようにしてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項3において、前記ディスクゲート部の内径は前記円周突起部の外径よりも僅かに大きくしてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項7において、前記円周突起部の先端面は平坦状に形成されると共に外周側面との角部は直角に形成されてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項7又は8において、前記ディスクゲート部の内周側と、前記円周突起部の外周側との隙間は、該円周突起部の外周側面の高さよりも小さくしてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項2,3,4,5,6,7,8又は9のいずれか1項の記載において、前記不要樹脂部のインペラ本体からの除去は、前記ブッシュのボス孔より軸状の工具を用いて軸方向に沿って前記不要樹脂部の裏面を突き出すようにしてなることを特徴とするインペラの製造法。
- 請求項1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9又は10のいずれか1項の記載において、その製造法から製造され、その製造法における不要樹脂部に押出し又は引抜きの力が与えられることによる破断の除去痕をインペラ本体に有してなることを特徴とするインペラ。
