材、あるいは、アルミニウムとステンレスと銅の張りあわせ材等、複合材料を基材として製造されているものが主流である。
ては、トップコートにセラミックス粒子等、無機充填材を多量に添加してトップコートの硬度を向上するといった手法がとられてきたが(例えば、特許文献1参照)、前述のように炊飯器用鍋のフッ素樹脂コートにおいては、非粘着性や水位線表示部の視認性確保の観点から同様な手法を採用することは難しい。
図1(a)に示すように、炊飯器本体1は、鍋2(炊飯器用鍋)を着脱自在に収納し、鍋2の底部および側底部に対向して電磁誘導加熱コイル3を設け、鍋2を電磁誘導加熱により加熱するように構成している。この電磁誘導加熱コイル3の外方に防磁用のフェライト4を設けている。蓋5は、鍋2の上方開口部を開閉自在に覆い、この蓋5の内面に内蓋6を着脱自在に設置している。
なお、11は蒸気キャップである。
ア層の厚さを変更して作製したフッ素樹脂コート鍋に、2%塩水、1%クエン酸混合水溶液を満たして60℃で30日間保温したときの耐食性を確認したものである。
前記した実施例との相違点は、添加材粒子18として、ダイヤモンドを偏在させたところである。
に対しても安定性が高いので、炊飯時の高温やご飯のおねば、各種調味料に曝される炊飯器用鍋のフッ素樹脂コートに添加して耐摩耗性を向上するには好適な材料であり、特に、耐摩耗性の効果を発揮するにはダイヤモンドがフッ素樹脂コートのトップコート表層付近に存在することが重要である。
図2に示すように、添加材粒子が多い部位20は、トップコート内部の表層側に添加材粒子として偏在させる炭化珪素かダイヤモンド、あるいはこれらの混合粒子が集中して存在する部位で、鍋2の底面に形成し、鍋2の側面上部になるほど添加材粒子が少なくなるように塗装して、添加材粒子が少ない部位21を形成している。他の構成は実施例1または参考実施例1と同じである。

Claims (4)
- 基材内面にプライマとトップコートからなるフッ素樹脂コートを形成して、前記トップコートと接する前記プライマの表面側に表示部を形設し、前記トップコートの内部表層側には炭化珪素からなる添加材粒子を1平方メートル当たり0.1〜1gの範囲で偏在させるとともに、前記トップコート内部下層側には前記添加材粒子を有しないクリア層を設けた鍋を備えた炊飯器。
- 添加材粒子の平均粒径は、トップコートの厚さの3〜50%とした請求項1記載の炊飯器。
- フッ素樹脂粉体に添加材粒子をマイクロカプセル化した粉体塗料を塗装した層をクリア層上に積層した請求項1または2記載の炊飯器。
- 添加材粒子は、鍋底面に集中して存在し、鍋側面上部になるほど少なくなる請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の炊飯器。
