Abstract
Description
−装飾層が、コーティングが部分的または全体的に低温と高温との間の温度変化にさらされたときに、光学的および/または比色特性の可逆的変化を示す熱変色性組成物を含み、低温が0℃から40℃の間に含まれ、高温が80℃から400℃の間に含まれ、
−熱変色性組成物が、少なくとも1つのハロゲン化銀ファミリーの熱変色性化合物を含む。
− 一般式M1(OR1)nに相当する前駆体、
− 一般式M2(OR2)(n-1)R2’に対応する前駆体、および
− 一般式M3(OR3)(n-2)(R3’)2’に対応する前駆体
であって、式中、
− R1、R2、R3またはR3’はアルキル基を意味し、
− R2’は、任意選択的に官能化されたアルキル基または任意選択的に官能化されたフェニル基を意味し、nは、M1、M2またはM3の最大原子価に対応する整数であり、
− M1、M2、またはM3は、Si、Zr、Ti、Sn、Al、Ce、V、Nb、Hf、Mg、またはランタニド(Ln)の中から選択される元素である。
− アンダーコートまたはタックコートまたはプライマーコートまたはプライマーとして知られる、支持体に直接塗布される少なくとも1つの第1の層。
好ましくは、この層は、支持体に十分に接着し、その機械的特性のすべて(例えば、硬度、耐引っかき性など)に貢献するであろう;および/または
− 仕上げコートまたは仕上げとして知られる、少なくとも1つの連続的かつ透明な表面層であり、この層は、摩耗から保護する一方で、機能性装飾層を完全に可視化する。この層はまた、その焦げ付き防止性をコーティングに与えることができる。

a)ハロゲン化銀ファミリーの熱変色性化合物を含む熱変色性組成物を調製するステップ;
b)熱変色性組成物を含む機能性装飾層組成物を調製するステップ;
c)支持体の面に装飾層組成物を塗布して機能性装飾層を形成するステップ;および
d)焼成するステップ。
耐熱性結合剤を含まない装飾的AgIベース層組成物を、以下に列挙した成分から調製する。
次に、装飾ペーストを他の成分と混合することにより、装飾層組成物を調製する。
AgIを含み、耐熱性結合剤を含まない装飾層組成物は、以下に列挙する成分から調製される。
次に、装飾ペーストを他の成分と混合することにより、装飾層組成物を調製する。
耐熱性結合剤、PTFEを含む装飾的AgIベース層組成物を、以下に列挙した成分から調製する。
次に、装飾ペーストを他の成分と混合することにより、装飾層組成物を調製する。
様々な装飾層組成物が調製された。これらの組成物は、特に溶媒、水および増粘剤を含む共通のベース配合物を有する。AgIおよびPTFEを、以下に詳述するそれぞれの比率でこのベース配合物に添加した。装飾層組成物は、まずAgIを水に分散させ、次に、得られたペーストを他の成分と混合することにより得られる。
Claims (16)
- 少なくとも1つの機能性装飾層(20)を含むコーティング(2)であって、
−前記装飾層(20)が、前記コーティング(2)が部分的または全体的に低温と高温との間の温度変化にさらされたときに、光学的および/または比色特性の可逆的変化を示す熱変色性組成物を含み、前記低温が0℃から40℃の間に含まれ、前記高温が80℃から400℃の間に含まれ、
−前記熱変色性組成物が、少なくとも1つのハロゲン化銀ファミリーの熱変色性化合物を含む、
ことを特徴とする、コーティング(2)。 - 前記熱変色性化合物が、臭化銀、ヨウ化銀の中から選択することができる、請求項1に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記高温が、120から280℃の間に含まれる、請求項1または2に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記熱変色性組成物が、少なくとも1つの別の熱変色性化合物および/または少なくとも1つの耐熱性顔料を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記装飾層(20)が結合剤を含まない、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記装飾層(20)が、熱変色性組成物に加えて、少なくとも1つの結合剤を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記結合剤が、少なくとも1つのエナメル、少なくとも1つのフルオロカーボン樹脂、少なくとも1つの樹脂接着剤、少なくとも1つのゾル/ゲル法によって合成された無機または有機−無機ハイブリッドポリマー、少なくとも1つのラッカー、少なくとも1つの縮合型タンニンを含む、請求項6に記載のコーティング(2)。
- 前記熱変色性組成物の乾燥含有量の、前記結合剤の乾燥含有量に対する比が、3未満である、請求項6または7に記載のコーティング(2)。
- −熱変色性組成物であって、コーティング(2)が部分的または全体的に低温と高温との間の温度変化にさらされたときに、光学的および/または比色特性の可逆的な変化を示し、前記低温が0℃から40℃の間に含まれ、前記高温が80℃から400℃の間に含まれる、熱変色性組成物と、
−少なくとも1つの結合剤と、
を含み、前記熱変色性組成物が、少なくとも1つのハロゲン化銀ファミリーの熱変色性化合物を含むことを特徴とする、機能性装飾層組成物。 - 前記熱変色性化合物が、臭化銀、ヨウ化銀の中から選択することができる、請求項9に記載の機能性装飾層組成物。
- 前記高温が、120℃から280℃の間に含まれる、請求項9または10に記載の機能性装飾層組成物。
- 前記熱変色性組成物が、少なくとも1つの別の熱変色性化合物および/または少なくとも1つの耐熱性顔料を含む、請求項9〜11のいずれか一項に記載の機能性装飾層組成物。
- 前記結合剤が、少なくとも1つのエナメル、少なくとも1つのフルオロカーボン樹脂、少なくとも1つの樹脂接着剤、少なくとも1つのゾル/ゲル法により合成された無機または有機−無機ハイブリッドポリマー、少なくとも1つのラッカー、少なくとも1つの縮合型タンニンを含む、請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の機能性装飾層組成物。
- 前記熱変色性組成物の乾燥含有量の、前記結合剤の乾燥含有量に対する比が、3未満である、請求項9〜13のいずれか一項に記載の機能性装飾層組成物。
- 少なくとも1つの請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング、または少なくとも1つの請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の機能性装飾層組成物を含む物品。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のコーティング(2)、または請求項9〜14のいずれか一項に記載の機能性装飾層組成物の、温度インジケータとしての使用。
