Description
特許文献2は、9ページの最後の段落に、コモンレールのための戻り管路(再循環管路334)を記載している。この文献は、燃料を、コモンレールをバイパスさせる、コモンレールのためのバイパス管路を記載していない。この文献はまた、空調システム又は内燃機関の冷却回路を使用することを記載していない。
また、特許文献3は、戻り管路を記載しているが、バイパス管路を記載していない。
特許文献4は、本発明による冷却装置とは反対に、戻り管路を備えた燃料を加熱する装置を記載している。
内燃機関のコモンレールが、バイパス管路に連結される戻り管路を有することもまた有利である。

Claims (7)
- 低圧ポンプ(1)の下流側の第1の燃料フィルタ(7.1)、及び、燃料管路(2)を経由して前記燃料フィルタ(7.1)に連結され、前記燃料管路(2)を経由して連結される内燃機関のコモンレール(4)のための高圧ポンプ(3)、並びに、熱交換器(6)及び第2のフィルタ(7.2)を含み、燃料を前記燃料管路(2)に戻すために使用され、その一側が、前記燃料管路(2)の流れ方向に見て前記高圧ポンプ(3)の上流側で前記燃料管路(2)に連結されるバイパス管路(5)を有する装置において、
前記バイパス管路(5)の反対側が、前記コモンレール(4)に連結され、
前記熱交換器(6)が、液体冷却剤の熱交換器として設計され、前記内燃機関の冷却回路に作動的に連結され、風の流れ方向に見て水冷却器の上流側で内燃機関に直接固定されて取付けられ、
前記コモンレール(4)のインジェクタ(11.1〜11.4)は、インジェクタからの過剰の燃料を送るための、前記バイパス管路(5)に連結される戻り管路(12)を有することを特徴とする内燃機関のコモンレール噴射システム用の燃料の供給装置。 - 第1の逆止弁(8)が、流れ方向に見て前記コモンレール(4)の下流側及び前記熱交換器(6)の上流側の前記バイパス管路(5)内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記熱交換器(6)が、前記第2の燃料フィルタ(7.2)と共通ハウジングを有する、又は、前記熱交換器(6)が、前記第2の燃料フィルタ(7.2)に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2の燃料フィルタ(7.2)が、流れ方向に見て前記コモンレール(4)の下流側及び前記熱交換器(6)の上流側に取付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 第2の逆止弁(9)が、前記熱交換器(6)の下流側、又は前記第2のフィルタ(7.2)の下流側の前記バイパス管路(5)内に設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記バイパス管路(5)が、前記低圧ポンプ(1)の下流側及び前記第1の燃料フィルタ(7.1)の上流側で前記燃料管路(2)に連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記第1の燃料フィルタ(7.1)及び前記第2の燃料フィルタ(7.2)が、共通ハウジングを有することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の装置。
