Description
a)i)炭素数1〜12であるアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体およびii)水酸基を有するビニル系単量体のアクリル系共重合体;ならびに
b)多官能性イソシアネート架橋剤
を含む電磁波遮蔽フィルム用アクリル系粘着組成物を提供する。
a)i)炭素数1〜12であるアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体90〜99.9重量部と、ii)水酸基を有するビニル系単量体0.1〜10重量部のアクリル系共重合体100重量部;ならびに
b)多官能性イソシアネート架橋剤0.01〜10重量部
を含む電磁波遮蔽フィルム用アクリル系粘着組成物が好ましい。
(アクリル系共重合体の製造)
窒素ガスを還流し、温度調節が容易であるように冷却装置を設置した1000cc反応器に、n−ブチルアクリレート(BA)98重量部、2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート(2−HEMA)2重量部からなる単量体混合物を投入した。ついで、溶剤としてエチルアセテート(EAc)100重量部を投入した。次いで、酸素を除去するために窒素ガスで20分間浄化(purge)した後、60℃に維持した。反応開始剤としてエチルアセテートに50%の濃度に希釈したアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.03重量部を投入した。これを8時間反応させて、分子量(ポリスチレン標準サンプルを使用して測定)が1,500Kであるアクリル系共重合体(PA−1)を製造した。
前記製造したアクリル系共重合体(PA−1)100重量部に、多官能性イソシアネート架橋剤としてトリメチロールプロパンのトリレンジイソシアネート付加物(TDI−1)1.5重量部を、エチルアセテート溶液に10重量%に希釈して投入した。得られた混合物をコーティング性を考慮して、適切な濃度に希釈して均一に混合した。ついで、38μm厚さの離型フィルム上にコーティングし、乾燥させて、30μmの均一な粘着層を製造した。
2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート(2−HEMA)の代わりに2−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレートを使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
(アクリル系共重合体の製造)
単量体としてn−ブチルアクリレート(BA)94重量部および2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート(2−HEMA)6重量部からなる単量体混合物、ならびに反応開始剤としてエチルアセテートに50%の濃度に希釈したアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.04重量部を使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法を実施して、分子量(ポリスチレン標準サンプルを使用して測定)が1,000Kであるアクリル系共重合体(PA−2)を製造した。
アクリル系共重合体として前記製造したPA−2を使用したことを除いては、実施例1と同一の方法で実施した。
(アクリル系共重合体の製造)
窒素ガスを還流し、温度調節が容易であるように冷却装置を設置した1000ccの反応器に、n−ブチルアクリレート(BA)94重量部およびアクリレート(酢酸)6重量部からなる単量体混合物を投入した。ついで、溶剤としてエチルアセテート(EAc)100重量部を投入した。酸素を除去するために窒素ガスで20分間浄化した後、温度を60℃に維持した。ついで、これを均一にした後、反応開始剤としてエチルアセテートに50%の濃度に希釈したアゾビスイソブチロニトリル(AIBN)0.04重量部を投入した。これを8時間反応させて、分子量(ポリスチレン標準サンプルを使用して測定)が1,000Kであるアクリル系共重合体(PA−3)を製造した。
前記製造したアクリル系共重合体(PA−3)100重量部に対して、多官能性イソシアネート架橋剤としてトリメチロールプロパンのトリレンジイソシアネート付加物(TDI−1)1.5重量部をエチルアセテート溶液に10重量%に希釈して投入した。得られた混合物を、コーティング性を考慮して適正の濃度に希釈して均一に混合した。ついで、38μm厚さの離型フィルムにコーティングして乾燥させて、30μmの均一な粘着層を製造した。
前記実施例1〜3および比較例1で製造したそれぞれの粘着組成物を電磁波遮蔽フィルム上で処理して透明化作業を行った後、300nm〜900nm波長での透過率を測定し、60℃の温度および相対湿度90%の条件で500時間露出した後に透過率を再測定した。そのなかでも、とくに680nmでの透過度変化を測定し、その結果を下記表1に示した。
本発明を、好ましい実施形態を参照しながら詳細に説明してきたが、添付の特許請求の範囲に示したような本発明の精神および範囲から逸脱することなく、種々の置換および変更がなされ得ることは当業者に理解される。
Claims (8)
- アクリル系粘着組成物を架橋させ空気層を除去して透明化されたプラズマディスプレイパネル用電磁波遮蔽フィルターにおいて、
前記アクリル系粘着組成物は1〜95%の架橋密度を有し、
a)i)炭素数1〜12であるアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体90〜99.9重量部;および
ii)2−ヒドロキシエチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、2−ヒドロキシエチレングリコール(メタ)アクリレート、および2−ヒドロキシプロピレングリコール(メタ)アクリレートからなる群より1種以上選択される水酸基を有するビニル系単量体0.1〜10重量部のアクリル系共重合体100重量部;ならびに
b)多官能性イソシアネート架橋剤0.01〜10重量部
を含む電磁波遮蔽フィルター。 - 前記a)i)炭素数1〜12であるアルキル基を有する(メタ)アクリル酸エステル単量体が、ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、2−エチルヘキシル(メタ)アクリレート、エチル(メタ)アクリレート、メチル(メタ)アクリレート、n−プロピル(メタ)アクリレート、イソプロピル(メタ)アクリレート、t−ブチル(メタ)アクリレート、ペンチル(メタ)アクリレート、n−オクチル(メタ)アクリレート、およびイソノニル(メタ)アクリレートからなる群より1種以上選択される、請求項1記載の電磁波遮蔽フィルター。
- 前記b)多官能性イソシアネート架橋剤が、トリレンジイソシアネート、ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート、ヘキサメチレンジイソシアネート、およびトリレンジイソシアネートのトリメチロールプロパン付加物からなる群より1種以上選択される、請求項1記載の電磁波遮蔽フィルター。
- 前記a)ii)水酸基を有するビニル系単量体が、前記b)多官能性イソシアネート架橋剤のイソシアネート基と反応して部分架橋構造を形成する、請求項1記載の電磁波遮蔽フィルター。
- 前記アクリル系粘着組成物は、必要に応じて近赤外線吸収剤、エポキシ樹脂、硬化剤、シランカップリング剤、可塑剤、紫外線安定剤、酸化防止剤、染料、補強剤、充填剤からなる群より1種以上選択される添加剤を追加的に含む、請求項1記載の電磁波遮蔽フィルター。
- 前記シランカップリング剤は、β−(3,4−エポキシシクロヘキシル)エチルトリメトキシシラン、γ−グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、γ−グリシドキシプロピルメチルジエトキシシラン、およびγ−グリシドキシプロピルトリエトキシシランからなる群より選択され、a)アクリル系共重合体100重量部に対して0.01〜10重量部で含まれる、請求項5記載の電磁波遮蔽フィルター。
- 前記アクリル系粘着組成物はa)アクリル系共重合体100重量部に対して粘着性付与樹脂1〜100重量部を追加的に含み、前記粘着性付与樹脂は(水和)ヒドロカーボン係樹脂、(水和)ロジン樹脂、(水和)ロジンエステル樹脂、(水和)テルペン樹脂、(水和)テルペンフェノル樹脂、重合ロジン樹脂、および重合ロジンエステル樹脂からなる群より選択される、請求項1記載の電磁波遮蔽フィルター。
- 前記a)アクリル系共重合体が、溶液重合法、光重合法、バルク重合法、懸濁重合法、またはエマルジョン重合法の重合方法で製造される、請求項1記載の電磁波遮蔽フィルター。
