背景技术
屏蔽胶带是一种带高导电背胶的金属箔或导电布,其导电背胶和导电基材组成完整的导电体,可以与任何金属面以粘接方式,从而完成电搭接和缝隙的电封闭。屏蔽导电胶带是经济实惠,使用方便的屏蔽材料。
发明内容
为解决现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种制作方法简单,具有很好的粘合性、导电、屏蔽和阻燃性能的阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法。
为了实现上述目标,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,包括如下制作步骤:
S1、准备基材:选用导电布作为基材;
S2、制备压敏胶:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯、导电剂和促进剂按一定比例加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度为50~70℃,持续搅拌1~2h,升温至70~80℃,加入一定量的丙烯酸乙酯,持续搅拌1~2h,升温至80~90℃,加入一定量的乙酸乙酯,持续搅拌反应1.5~2.5h,反应完成后,冷却至室温,得到导电压敏胶,待用;
S3、制备阻燃剂:将三氧化二锑、三氯氧磷和填料按一定比例加入反应釜中,将反应器温度缓慢升至60~80℃,不断搅拌使三者充分混合,搅拌1h后,取出,冷却至室温,得到阻燃剂,待用;
S4、制备离型层:使用涂布机将导电压敏胶均匀涂布于离型材料上,放置于烘箱中,控制温度为70~90℃,固化10~15min,取出冷却至室温,制得导电胶层;
S5、贴合成型:在导电布上均匀涂布阻燃剂,风干后,将导电胶层未涂覆阻燃剂的一侧与导电布贴合,制得屏蔽胶带。
优选地,前述步骤S1中,导电布为无纺导电布或梭织导电布。
再优选地,前述步骤S2中,制作压敏胶的各原料按重量份计分别为:苯乙烯30~60份、丙烯酸20~80份、丙烯酸丁酯20~50份、醋酸乙烯10~20份、导电剂5~10份、促进剂10~15份、丙烯酸乙酯30~50份和乙酸乙酯20~40份。
更优选地,前述促进剂为丙烯酸胺和醋酸乙烯酯的混合物,其中丙烯酸胺30~60份,醋酸乙烯酯40~70份。
进一步优选地,前述导电剂为铜粉、铝粉和镍粉的混合物,其中,按重量份计铜粉40~60份、铝粉10~20份、镍粉30~40份。
具体地,前述步骤S2中,冷却方式为自然放置冷却方式或水冷方式。

S2、制备压敏胶:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯、导电剂和促进剂按一定比例加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度为50℃,持续搅拌1h,升温至70℃,加入一定量的丙烯酸乙酯,持续搅拌1h,升温至80℃,加入一定量的乙酸乙酯,持续搅拌反应1.5h,反应完成后,自然冷却至室温,得到导电压敏胶,待用;
其中,制作压敏胶的各原料按重量份计分别为:苯乙烯30份、丙烯酸80份、丙烯酸丁酯50份、醋酸乙烯10份、导电剂5份、促进剂15份、丙烯酸乙酯30份和乙酸乙酯20份。促进剂为丙烯酸胺和醋酸乙烯酯的混合物,丙烯酸胺30份,醋酸乙烯酯70份。导电剂为铜粉、铝粉和镍粉的混合物,其中,按重量份计铜粉40份、铝粉20份、镍粉40份;
S3、制备阻燃剂:将三氧化二锑、三氯氧磷和铜粉按一定比例加入反应釜中,其中,按重量份计三氧化二锑为50份、三氯氧磷为30份、铜粉为20份,将反应器温度缓慢升至60℃,不断搅拌使三者充分混合,搅拌1h后,取出,冷却至室温,得到阻燃剂,待用;
S4、制备离型层:使用涂布机将导电压敏胶均匀涂布于硅油的牛皮纸上,放置于烘箱中,控制温度为70℃,固化15min,取出冷却至室温,制得导电胶层;
S5、贴合成型:在无纺导电布上均匀涂布阻燃剂,风干后,将导电胶层未涂覆阻燃剂的一侧与导电布贴合,制得屏蔽胶带。
实施例2
一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,包括如下制作步骤:
S1、准备基材:选用梭织导电布作为基材;
S2、制备压敏胶:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯、导电剂和促进剂按一定比例加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度为70℃,持续搅拌2h,升温至80℃,加入一定量的丙烯酸乙酯,持续搅拌2h,升温至90℃,加入一定量的乙酸乙酯,持续搅拌反应2.5h,反应完成后,水冷冷却至室温,得到导电压敏胶,待用;
其中,制作压敏胶的各原料按重量份计分别为:苯乙烯60份、丙烯酸20份、丙烯酸丁酯20份、醋酸乙烯20份、导电剂10份、促进剂10份、丙烯酸乙酯50份和乙酸乙酯40份。促进剂为丙烯酸胺和醋酸乙烯酯的混合物,丙烯酸胺60份,醋酸乙烯酯40份。导电剂为铜粉、铝粉和镍粉的混合物,其中,按重量份计铜粉60份、铝粉10份、镍粉30份;
S3、制备阻燃剂:将三氧化二锑、三氯氧磷和填料按一定比例加入反应釜中,其中,按重量份计三氧化二锑为70份、三氯氧磷为20份、填料为10份,将反应器温度缓慢升至80℃,不断搅拌使三者充分混合,搅拌1h后,取出,冷却至室温,得到阻燃剂,待用;
S4、制备离型层:使用涂布机将导电压敏胶均匀涂布于淋塑牛皮纸上,放置于烘箱中,控制温度为90℃,固化10min,取出冷却至室温,制得导电胶层;
S5、贴合成型:在导电布上均匀涂布阻燃剂,风干后,将导电胶层未涂覆阻燃剂的一侧与导电布贴合,制得屏蔽胶带。
实施例3
一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,包括如下制作步骤:
S1、准备基材:选用梭织导电布作为基材;
S2、制备压敏胶:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯、导电剂和促进剂按一定比例加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度为60℃,持续搅拌1.5h,升温至75℃,加入一定量的丙烯酸乙酯,持续搅拌1.5h,升温至85℃,加入一定量的乙酸乙酯,持续搅拌反应2h,反应完成后,水冷冷却至室温,得到导电压敏胶,待用;
其中,制作压敏胶的各原料按重量份计分别为:苯乙烯40份、丙烯酸40份、丙烯酸丁酯30份、醋酸乙烯15份、导电剂7份、促进剂12份、丙烯酸乙酯40份和乙酸乙酯30份。促进剂为丙烯酸胺和醋酸乙烯酯的混合物,丙烯酸胺40份,醋酸乙烯酯60份。导电剂为铜粉、铝粉和镍粉的混合物,其中,按重量份计铜粉50份、铝粉15份、镍粉35份;
S3、制备阻燃剂:将三氧化二锑、三氯氧磷和填料按一定比例加入反应釜中,其中,按重量份计三氧化二锑为70份、三氯氧磷为20份、填料为10份,将反应器温度缓慢升至70℃,不断搅拌使三者充分混合,搅拌1h后,取出,冷却至室温,得到阻燃剂,待用;
S4、制备离型层:使用涂布机将导电压敏胶均匀涂布于淋塑牛皮纸上,放置于烘箱中,控制温度为80℃,固化12min,取出冷却至室温,制得导电胶层;
S5、贴合成型:在导电布上均匀涂布阻燃剂,风干后,将导电胶层未涂覆阻燃剂的一侧与导电布贴合,制得屏蔽胶带。
粘性检测试验
分别取实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中制得的屏蔽胶带做粘性检测试验,试验过程如下:在室温下,将片形胶带粘于实验板上,并用压辊在实验板上往复滚压三次,片形胶带的顶端固定于测试仪上,实验板的下端悬挂1KG砝码,1h后卸去砝码,测量实验板下滑的位移量;同时对实施例1、2和3中制得的屏蔽胶带进行表面电阻率测定,实验结果如下表:

根据实验结果可知,实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中制得的屏蔽胶带均具有良好的粘合性,且表面电阻率均较小,说明实施例1、实施例2和实施例3中屏蔽胶带的导电性都很好,具有良好的屏蔽性能。本发明的屏蔽胶带的制作方法简单,具有很好的粘合性、导电、屏蔽和阻燃性能,在压敏胶和阻燃剂的制作过程中均加入导电材料,可以进一步提高屏蔽胶带的导电性。

Claims (9)

1.一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,包括如下制作步骤:
S1、准备基材:选用导电布作为基材;
S2、制备压敏胶:将苯乙烯、丙烯酸、丙烯酸丁酯、醋酸乙烯、导电剂和促进剂按一定比例加入反应釜中,控制反应釜温度为50~70℃,持续搅拌1~2h,升温至70~80℃,加入一定量的丙烯酸乙酯,持续搅拌1~2h,升温至80~90℃,加入一定量的乙酸乙酯,持续搅拌反应1.5~2.5h,反应完成后,冷却至室温,得到导电压敏胶,待用;
S3、制备阻燃剂:将三氧化二锑、三氯氧磷和填料按一定比例加入反应釜中,将反应器温度缓慢升至60~80℃,不断搅拌使三者充分混合,搅拌1h后,取出,冷却至室温,得到阻燃剂,待用;
S4、制备离型层:使用涂布机将导电压敏胶均匀涂布于离型材料上,放置于烘箱中,控制温度为70~90℃,固化10~15min,取出冷却至室温,制得导电胶层;
S5、贴合成型:在导电布上均匀涂布阻燃剂,风干后,将导电胶层未涂覆阻燃剂的一侧与导电布贴合,制得屏蔽胶带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中,导电布为无纺导电布或梭织导电布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,制作压敏胶的各原料按重量份计分别为:苯乙烯30~60份、丙烯酸20~80份、丙烯酸丁酯20~50份、醋酸乙烯10~20份、导电剂5~10份、促进剂10~15份、丙烯酸乙酯30~50份和乙酸乙酯20~40份。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述促进剂为丙烯酸胺和醋酸乙烯酯的混合物,其中丙烯酸胺30~60份,醋酸乙烯酯40~70份。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述导电剂为铜粉、铝粉和镍粉的混合物,其中,按重量份计铜粉40~60份、铝粉10~20份、镍粉30~40份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2中,冷却方式为自然放置冷却方式或水冷方式。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3中,按重量份计三氧化二锑为50~70份、三氯氧磷为20~30份、填料为10~20份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述填料为铜粉、铝粉、镍粉、石墨、钛白粉或云母粉中的一种。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种阻燃型屏蔽胶带的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S4中,离型材料为涂有硅油的牛皮纸或淋塑牛皮纸。
