Abstract
本发明公开了一种聚酯树脂绝缘漆。本发明的聚酯树脂绝缘漆主要包括以下质量配比的原料:不饱和聚酯树脂9‑13份、甘油8‑11份、桐油6‑10份、亚麻油5‑10份、酚醛改性松香树脂15‑18份、氨基树脂7‑12份、二甲苯38‑45份、正丁醇5‑15份、三聚氰胺0.1‑0.5份。本发明的聚酯树脂绝缘漆具有良好的电绝缘性、耐热性、耐化学性、耐环境侵蚀性,漆膜内不易产生气泡或形成针孔,漆膜的表面平整、光泽度好、附着力强,成膜性能好、涂覆性佳、快干的特点。同时,在配方中还包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯、纳米银粉末,加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯可漆的黏度,同时能与漆基一起参与反应形成漆膜,提高成膜性;加入纳米银,增加产品的抗菌防腐性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种绝缘漆,具体涉及一种聚酯树脂绝缘漆,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
绝缘漆是一种具有优良电绝缘性的涂料,绝缘漆是漆类中的一种特种漆,要求具有良好的电化性能、热性能、机械性能和化学性能,以适应绝缘材料的发展需求。现有的绝缘漆,按照用途分类主要有漆包线绝缘漆、浸渍绝缘漆、覆盖绝缘漆、硅钢片绝缘漆、粘合绝缘漆、电子元件绝缘漆,按照等级分类有Y级、A级、E级、B级、F级、H级、C级七类。绝缘漆由基料、阻燃剂、固化剂、颜填料和溶剂等组成,根据不同基料,又有不同的分类。常见的绝缘漆基主要有聚酯树脂、聚醋酞亚胺树脂、聚氨酯、环氧树脂、双马来酞亚胺树脂、有机硅树脂等树脂,决定了绝缘漆的性能和用途。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有良好电绝缘性、耐热性、耐化学性、耐环境侵蚀性的聚酯树脂绝缘漆。
本发明的技术方案如下:一种聚酯树脂绝缘漆,其组成包括以下质量配比的原料:不饱和聚酯树脂9-13份、甘油8-11份、桐油6-10份、亚麻油5-10份、酚醛改性松香树脂15-18份、氨基树脂7-12份、二甲苯38-45份、正丁醇5-15份、三聚氰胺0.1-0.5份。
所述的聚酯树脂绝缘漆其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按所述质量配比计量各原料,将不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛改性松香树脂、甘油在常温下投入反应釜,将桐油、亚麻油、氨基树脂通过抽真空吸入反应釜,然后密封反应釜釜口,开启搅拌,在常压下反应5-7h,反应过程通过电加热导热油进行升温;
(2)升温至230-240℃,保温进行醇解,保温时间1-2h,醇解结束,得到改性聚酯树脂;
(3)待反应体系降温至60±5℃,将反应釜中的改性聚酯树脂抽至另一反应容器中,并在反应容器中加入二甲苯、正丁醇、三聚氰胺,在常压下调配均匀,并保温5-7h;保温结束,冷却至常温,过滤、出料,得聚酯树脂绝缘漆。
进一步的,所述组成还包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5-1.5份;制备时,将其以滴加的形式加入上述步骤(3)调配均匀的物料中,共同保温。
更进一步的,所述组成还包括纳米银粉体0.01-0.03份。
优选的,本发明技术方案中所述不饱和树脂为聚丙烯酸树脂。
本发明的聚酯树脂绝缘漆具有良好的电绝缘性、耐热性、耐化学性、耐环境侵蚀性,漆膜内不易产生气泡或形成针孔,漆膜的表面平整、光泽度好、附着力强,成膜性能好、涂覆性佳、快干的特点;同时,在配方中加入甲基丙烯酸甲酯可漆的黏度,同时能与漆基一起参与反应形成漆膜,提高成膜性;加入纳米银,增加产品的抗菌防腐性能。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用来说明本发明,并不限制本发明的范围。
实施例1 采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的聚酯树脂绝缘漆:不饱和聚酯树脂10份、甘油10份、桐油8份、亚麻油8份、酚醛改性松香树脂16份、氨基树脂10份、二甲苯40份、正丁醇10份、三聚氰胺0.2份;制备方法如下:
(1)按所述质量配比计量各原料,将不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛改性松香树脂、甘油在常温下投入反应釜,将桐油、亚麻油、氨基树脂通过抽真空吸入反应釜,然后密封反应釜釜口,开启搅拌,在常压下反应6h,反应过程通过电加热导热油进行升温;
(2)升温至230-240℃,保温进行醇解,保温时间1h,醇解结束,得到改性聚酯树脂;
(3)待反应体系降温至60±5℃,将反应釜中的改性聚酯树脂抽至另一反应容器中,并在反应容器中加入二甲苯、正丁醇、三聚氰胺,在常压下调配均匀,并保温5h;保温结束,冷却至常温,过滤、出料,得聚酯树脂绝缘漆。
实施例2 采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的聚酯树脂绝缘漆:不饱和聚酯树脂9份、甘油8份、桐油10份、亚麻油5份、酚醛改性松香树脂15份、氨基树脂7份、二甲苯45份、正丁醇15份、三聚氰胺0.5份;制备方法如下:
(1)按所述质量配比计量各原料,将不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛改性松香树脂、甘油在常温下投入反应釜,将桐油、亚麻油、氨基树脂通过抽真空吸入反应釜,然后密封反应釜釜口,开启搅拌,在常压下反应5h,反应过程通过电加热导热油进行升温;
(2)升温至230-240℃,保温进行醇解,保温时间2h,醇解结束,得到改性聚酯树脂;
(3)待反应体系降温至60±5℃,将反应釜中的改性聚酯树脂抽至另一反应容器中,并在反应容器中加入二甲苯、正丁醇、三聚氰胺,在常压下调配均匀,并保温h;保温结束,冷却至常温,过滤、出料,得聚酯树脂绝缘漆。
实施例3采用以下质量配比的原料制备本发明的聚酯树脂绝缘漆:不饱和聚酯树脂13份、甘油11份、桐油6份、亚麻油10份、酚醛改性松香树脂18份、氨基树脂12份、二甲苯38-45份、正丁醇5份、三聚氰胺0.1份;制备方法同实施例1。
Claims (5)
1.一种聚酯树脂绝缘漆,其特征在于:其组成包括以下质量配比的原料:不饱和聚酯树脂9-13份、甘油8-11份、桐油6-10份、亚麻油5-10份、酚醛改性松香树脂15-18份、氨基树脂7-12份、二甲苯38-45份、正丁醇5-15份、三聚氰胺0.1-0.5份。
2.据权利要求1所述的聚酯树脂绝缘漆,其特征在于:其制备方法包括如下步骤:
(1)按所述质量配比计量各原料,将不饱和聚酯树脂、酚醛改性松香树脂、甘油在常温下投入反应釜,将桐油、亚麻油、氨基树脂通过抽真空吸入反应釜,然后密封反应釜釜口,开启搅拌,在常压下反应5-7h,反应过程通过电加热导热油进行升温;
(2)升温至230-240℃,保温进行醇解,保温时间1-2h,醇解结束,得到改性聚酯树脂;
(3)待反应体系降温至60±5℃,将反应釜中的改性聚酯树脂抽至另一反应容器中,并在反应容器中加入二甲苯、正丁醇、三聚氰胺,在常压下调配均匀,并保温5-7h;保温结束,冷却至常温,过滤、出料,得聚酯树脂绝缘漆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯树脂绝缘漆,其特征在于:所述组成还包括甲基丙烯酸甲酯0.5-1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚酯树脂绝缘漆,其特征在于:所述组成还包括纳米银粉体0.01-0.03份。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的聚酯树脂绝缘漆,其特征在于:所述不饱和树脂为聚丙烯酸树脂。
