Abstract
本发明公开了一种家电卷材用粉末涂料及其制备方法。该粉末涂料包括以下组分:聚酯树脂、固化剂、硅酸盐、填料、颜料、助剂。本发明的家电卷材用粉末涂料不仅能满足卷材的涂装工艺,同时在满足家电卷材的厚涂要求时还具有优异的柔韧性、T弯性能、耐冲击及耐溶剂等性能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及粉末涂料领域,尤其涉及一种家电卷材用粉末涂料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着近十年来我国建筑、家电、交通运输等行业的迅猛发展,对卷钢的需求快速上升,卷钢用涂料作为制造卷钢的一个重要的部分,亦随之而快速发展。目前,几乎所有的预涂卷材家电彩板都是使用油性液体涂料进行涂装。但是,由于油性液体涂料不仅含有对环境有害的有机溶剂(VOC),同时一般的彩涂板还需经过两涂两烘的工序,消耗大量的能源。涂料行业每年排放的废水、污泥、废气对环境的污染,挥发的有机物不仅对工人的身体造成危害,进一步加重国内环境污染,对人体和环境危害巨大,彩涂板用油性涂料已经引起国家有关部门和社会大众的高度关注,而替代油性涂料的环保型涂料也变得势在必行。
与油性涂料相比,如何能在快速卷材涂装线上,用粉末卷材涂料进行连续的,均匀的涂装,并对涂装后的涂膜进行快速固化,而涂装线的长度不太长,同时又能快速换色,是将粉末涂料应用于卷材体系需面临的首要难题。CN105273581A通过改变固化方式及粉末涂料的配方实现了快速固化(10~30s),同时还具有极佳的耐候及耐酸碱性能,这主要是因为其使用了氟碳树脂,但氟碳树脂加入后会影响涂层的附着力,涂层的T弯性能会受到影响,而对于家电板这种涂装更厚的板材,该种粉末涂料会导致涂层的T弯性能不佳;而CN106752756A则利用特殊的聚酯树脂与其他组分的有效配合解决了传统的聚酯树脂/HAA体系在利用红外加热固化时,短时间内(25~30s)不能完全固化,从而导致涂层的冲击、硬度、MEK等不能满足彩涂板的要求的问题,并且该粉末涂料首次达到了粉末涂料在60m/min线速下的快速喷涂工艺等效果,但该种粉末涂料主要用于建材卷钢镀锌板材的涂装。
然而对于普通的卷材粉末涂料的厚度为25~40μm,例如:用于建筑材料板材用的涂装,而家电卷材粉末涂料的厚度要求更高(45~80μm),同时,涂层厚度越高会导致整个涂层的柔韧性、T弯性能、耐冲击性能等性能下降,在家电卷钢板材加工中,容易发生磕碰,对硬度要求高,同时家电板的涂层更厚,普通的卷材粉末涂料硬度、柔韧性与T弯要求无法满足家电卷材用粉末涂料的性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种家电卷材用粉末涂料及其制备方法。本发明的家电卷材用粉末涂料不仅能满足卷材的涂装工艺,同时在满足家电卷材的厚涂要求时还具有优异的柔韧性、T弯性能、耐冲击及耐溶剂等性能的优势。
本发明所采取的技术方案是:
本发明的目的之一在于提供一种家电卷材用粉末涂料,所述粉末涂料包括以下质量份数的组分:55~85份改性聚酯树脂、5~15份固化剂、1~20份改性硅酸盐、0~35份填料、0~10份颜料、0~8份助剂。
优选地,上述粉末涂料包括以下组分:60~85份改性聚酯树脂、7~10份固化剂、5~20份改性硅酸盐、15~35份填料、0.5~10份颜料、1~8份助剂。
优选地,上述改性聚酯树脂为有机硅改性端羧基聚酯树脂,其酸值为35~65mgKOH/g,200℃,ICI熔体粘度为3000~6000mPa.s。
优选地,上述有机硅改性端羧基聚酯树脂主要由以下质量分数的单体组分经熔融缩聚反应得到:35~45%二元醇、42~52%芳香二元酸、1.8~11.5%脂肪二元酸、1.5~3.0%多元醇、4~6%有机硅树脂。
优选地,上述改性硅酸盐为氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的硅酸盐。
优选地,上述氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的硅酸盐由以下方法制备得到:
A)将硅酸盐进行干燥,得干燥硅酸盐;
B)在干燥硅酸盐中加入马来酸酐、过氧化氢、抗氧剂混合,得马来酸酐改性的硅酸盐;
C)在马来酸酐改性的硅酸盐中加入氨基硅烷偶联剂进行改性,得氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的硅酸盐。
为了使改性硅酸盐具有良好的表面润湿性能,在得到氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的硅酸盐后还包括加入钛酸酯偶联剂和铝酸酯偶联剂进行混合,后再加入硬脂酸丁酯进行混合,得表面润湿性能良好的改性硅酸盐,有利于后续与粉末涂料中其它各组分进行充分的熔融混合。
优选地,步骤A)干燥至硅酸盐的含水率小于3%。
优选地,上述改性硅酸盐选自改性多孔硅酸盐。
优选地,上述改性多孔硅酸盐的制备方法与改性硅酸盐的制备方法一致,只不过在步骤1)将硅酸盐换为多孔硅酸盐。
优选地,上述改性硅酸盐或改性多孔硅酸盐选自改性硅酸钙或改性多孔硅酸钙。
优选地,上述固化剂选自β-羟烷基酰胺、封闭异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
优选地,上述固化剂为β-羟烷基酰胺和封闭异氰酸酯。
更优选地,上述固化剂中β-羟烷基酰胺的质量份数百分数为70~90%。
优选地,上述填料选自硫酸钡、硅微粉、云母粉、金红石型钛白粉中的至少一种。
优选地,上述颜料选自户外通用型颜料,例如:氧化铁红、炭黑、群青、铁黄、酞青蓝、酞青绿等。
优选地,上述助剂选自流平剂、抗氧化剂、脱气剂、透气剂中的至少一种。
优选地,上述流平剂选自丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
优选地,上述抗氧剂选自抗氧剂168、抗氧剂3114、抗氧剂DLTDP、抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂1076中的至少一种。
优选地,上述脱气剂选自安息香、透气蜡、聚醚中的至少一种。
更优选地,上述蜡粉选自微粉化改性聚乙烯蜡、聚丙烯蜡粉、聚四氟乙烯蜡中的至少一种。
本发明的另一目的在于提供上述粉末涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
1)按比例称取各组分,充分混合破碎,得混合物料;
2)将混合物料于挤出机中挤出,后压片、粉碎,得粉末涂料。
优选地,上述粉末涂料的D50粒径为35~45μm。
本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明利用氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同对硅酸钙粉体进行改性,改性硅酸钙中的硅氧键与酸酐的羰基形成氢键结构,氨基硅烷偶联剂可以和端羧基聚酯树脂形成酰胺键,同时,β-羟烷基酰胺与树脂形成酯键,加强了硅酸盐与树脂之间的结合能力,另外,酰胺键与酯键形成了大量的氢键,使得涂层中的无机填料和有机树脂间的相容性更好,使整个涂层形成一个致密的整体结构,并且,涂层中的有机硅改性的聚酯树脂能提高涂层的柔韧性和耐溶剂性能,因而在相同的固化时间下,本发明的家电卷材粉末涂料相比于普通的卷材粉末涂料具有更为优异的柔韧性、抗冲击性及T弯等性能。
2、改性有机硅聚酯树脂的酸值高,整个涂层交联密度大,有机硅改性聚酯树脂与封闭异氰酸酯反应,提高了涂层的交联密度,同时采用多孔的硅酸盐,其中的孔状结构也提升了涂层的硬度,可以防止家电卷材在加工过程中设备对家电卷材涂层的刮擦产生痕迹,减少生产时碰撞产生的痕迹,另外,采用多孔的硅酸盐,其中的孔结构使得本发明的粉末涂料的真密度相对于普通的卷钢粉末涂料的密度更低,在相同的施工条件下,本发明的粉末涂料的涂装利用率更高,相同质量的粉末涂料能够喷涂更多的卷材板。
3、本发明的粉末涂料能够满足卷材涂装工艺,利用近红外在30s内能够完全固化,并且在60m/min的线速下能够得到光滑平整的涂层外观。
4、本发明从粉末涂料的基础配方出发,无有机溶剂,生产工艺简单,一次烘烤成型,无VOC排放,相对于传统的家电粉末静电喷涂,生产成本更低,效率更高,具有环境友好,节约能源等优点。
本发明的家电粉末涂层的综合性能与常规建材粉末涂料的综合性能对比见表1:

具体实施方式
下面进一步列举实施例以详细说明本发明。同样应理解,以下实施例只用于对本发明进行进一步说明,不能理解为对本发明保护范围的限制,本领域技术人员根据本发明阐述的原理做出的一些非本质的改进和调整均属于本发明的保护范围。下述示例具体的工艺参数等也仅是合适范围中的一个示例,即本领域技术人员可以通过本文的说明做合适范围内的选择,而并非要限定于下文示例的具体数据。
下面结合实施例和对比例对本发明进行详细说明,各实施例和对比例的粉末涂料的组分见下表2:

实施例1~4和对比例1的家电卷材用粉末涂料的制备方法如下:
1)按表2称取各组分,于混料缸中,充分混合并破碎,得混合物料;
2)将混合物料于双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融混炼均匀分散并挤出,其中,挤出机Ⅰ区的温度为95~105℃,Ⅱ区的温度为100~105℃,后经压片机压片、冷却、破碎,再经专用粉碎机粉碎后筛分,得D50粒径为25~45μm粉末涂料。
其中,实施例1~4的有机硅改性聚酯树脂和改性多孔硅酸钙的制备方法如下:
1、本发明所述的聚酯树脂为有机硅改性端羧基聚酯树脂,酸值为35~65mgKOH/g,粘度为3000~5000(ICI,mPa·s/200℃)有机硅改性端羧基聚酯树脂,主要由以下质量分数的单体组分经熔融缩聚反应得到:
在反应釜中,加入配比量的二元醇、多元醇、有机硅树脂,加热升温至物料熔化,然后依次加入配比量的芳香二元酸和酯化催化剂、月桂酸二丁基锡,通氮气继续升温反应,至185℃酯化水开始生成并馏出,逐渐升温240℃,反应10~13h至95%的酯化水排出后,酸值达到20~24mgKOH/g,加入酸解剂,反应1.5~2.5h,酸值达到45~75mgKOH/g,抽真空缩聚约2~3h,酸值达到35~65mgKOH/g,停止反应得到有机硅改性聚酯树脂。
2、改性多孔硅酸钙的制备方法:
1)将多孔硅酸钙粉体放入高速混合机中进行旋转干燥,干燥温度为110~130℃,干燥40~120min后的得到含水率低于3%的多孔硅酸钙粉体;
2)在上述所得的多孔硅酸钙粉体加入分别占多孔硅酸钙粉体质量为1%的马来酸酐,1%的过氧化氢,1%的抗氧剂,然后置于温度为75℃的高速混合机中混合1h,得马来酸酐改性的多孔硅酸钙;
3)在上述所得的马来酸酐改性的多孔硅酸钙中再加入1%(占马来酸酐改性的多孔硅酸钙)的氨基硅烷偶联剂,于高速混合机中100~120℃下反应20~30min,得氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的多孔硅酸钙;
4)在氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的多孔硅酸钙中分别加入1%(占氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的多孔硅酸钙)的钛酸酯偶联剂、1%的铝酸酯偶联剂,置于温度为95~105℃的高速混合机中混合15~20min,后再温度为75℃时加入硬脂酸丁酯进行混合5~10min,得到表面润湿性能良好的改性多孔硅酸钙。
性能测试:
将实施例1~4和对比例1制备的粉末涂料,市售的卷材建材用粉末涂料,后进行如下性能测试:
1、光泽根据GB/T 9754进行测试;
2、铅笔硬度根据GB/T 6739-2006进行测试;
3、冲击性能根据GB/T 1732-1993进行测试;
4、1000h氙灯老化试验根据GB/T1865-2009进行测试;
5、抗溶剂性(MEK)根据GB/T12754-2006进行测试;
6、T弯性能根据GB/T12754-2006进行测试;
7、耐酸碱性能根据GB 9274-1988进行测试;
8、外观根据目测进行评价;
结果见表3:

Claims (10)
1.一种家电卷材用粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述粉末涂料包括以下质量份数的组分:55~85份改性聚酯树脂、5~15份固化剂、1~20份改性硅酸盐、0~35份填料、0~10份颜料、0~8份助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述粉末涂料包括以下组分:60~85份改性聚酯树脂、7~10份固化剂、5~20份改性硅酸盐、15~35份填料、0.5~10份颜料、1~8份助剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述改性聚酯树脂为有机硅改性端羧基聚酯树脂,其酸值为35~65mgKOH/g,200℃,ICI熔体粘度为3000~6000mPa.s。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述改性硅酸盐为氨基硅烷偶联剂和马来酸酐共同改性的硅酸盐。
5.根据权利要求4所述的粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述改性硅酸盐选自改性多孔硅酸盐。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂选自β-羟烷基酰胺、封闭异氰酸酯中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述的粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述固化剂为β-羟烷基酰胺和封闭异氰酸酯。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的粉末涂料,其特征在于:所述填料选自硫酸钡、硅微粉、云母粉、金红石型钛白粉中的至少一种;所述颜料选自户外通用型颜料;所述助剂选自流平剂、抗氧化剂、脱气剂、透气剂中的至少一种。
9.权利要求1~8任意一项所述的粉末涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
1)按比例称取各组分,充分混合破碎,得混合物料;
2)将混合物料于挤出机中挤出,后压片、粉碎,得粉末涂料。
10.根据权利要求9所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述粉末涂料的D50粒径为35~45μm。
