本发明涉及一种金属绝缘漆,具体涉及一种抗静电绝缘漆,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:丁醇醚化脲醛树脂5‑8份、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3‑5份、改性醇酸树脂15‑20份,成膜助剂10‑15份、填料15‑20份、改性环氧树脂10‑15份、防腐剂1‑3份,消泡剂1‑3份、流平剂3‑5份、乙酸乙酯余量。本发明的绝缘漆使用范围广,附着力高,耐候性优良,固化后硬度高,抗静电性好,不变色,不起皱,不易剥落,而且本发明制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低,适合大规模生产。

一种抗静电绝缘漆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种金属绝缘漆,具体涉及一种抗静电绝缘漆。
背景技术
配电柜的作用是配电控制将电能分配到各个负荷部位,及在电路短路、过载和漏电时进行断电保护。配电柜的常见种类有固定面板式配电柜、防护式配电柜、抽屉式配电柜和动力照明配电柜等。目前,市场上80%的配电柜都是用冷轧钢板这种材质做成,这类型材质的配电柜,质量可靠,价格便宜,目前应用得最广泛。在使用的过程往往会产生静电,为了保证人身安全,需要在配电柜表面喷涂抗静电绝缘漆。绝缘漆是一种具有优良电绝缘性的功能性涂料,绝缘漆耐击穿性能的好坏,对电工设备的经济技术指标和运行寿命有着关键的作用。现在行业中,往往是将绝缘涂料的种类繁多,因为涂料的配方和加工工艺的差别,所以绝缘涂料的各方面性能也参差不齐,因此怎样提高绝缘涂料机械强度和化学稳定性,提高涂料耐机械冲击和热冲击性能,提高涂料承受较强电场而不被击穿的性能,是本行业领域内需要解决的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种抗静电绝缘漆。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于:以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:丁醇醚化脲醛树脂5-8份、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3-5份、改性醇酸树脂15-20份,成膜助剂10-15份、填料15-20份、改性环氧树脂10-15份、防腐剂1-3份,消泡剂1-3份、流平剂3-5份、乙酸乙酯余量。
具体地,所述的改性醇酸树脂按如下步骤制备:(1)在催化剂HCl作用下,24份正硅酸乙酯与20份异丁基三乙氧基硅烷于48份乙醇介质中,在温度为40-50℃下水解缩合反应5h,制得硅树脂备用;(2)在干燥氮气气体的保护下,将22份三羟甲基丙烷、22份1,2-丙二醇、10份马来酸酐加入到装有电动搅拌器和油水分离器的四口烧瓶中,搅拌混合均匀;(3)向步骤(2)中加入0.1份氢氧化锂和0.5份抗氧化剂1010,缓慢升高温度至200-220℃,当体系酸值为50-55mg KOH/g时,停止加热,制得醇酸树脂;(4)降低温度至100-120℃,按一定的质量比加入步骤(1)制备的硅树脂,继续反应2-3h,加入5份丙二醇乙醚搅拌均匀,继续降低温度至60℃,加入10份二乙醇胺反应0.5-1h,即得改性醇酸树脂。
具体地,所述的硅树脂与醇酸树脂的质量比为3:5。
具体地,所述的成膜助剂,包括重量份数的如下组分:
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛20份、轻质碳酸钙10份、炭黑3份、滑石粉5份、凹凸棒黏土15份、有机膨润土10份、环甲基硅氧烷5份、乙酸乙酯余量。
具体地,所述的填料,包括重量份数的如下组分:
丙烯酸树脂20份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺1.5份、高岭土10份、硫酸钡10份、金属混合物42份,乙酸乙酯余量。
具体地,所述的改性环氧树脂按如下步骤制备:(1)将15份氧化锌晶须加入到10份聚乙烯醇和3份羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液中,去离子水余量,在温度为50-60℃超声分散3-5h,过滤干燥,即得处理好的氧化锌晶须;(2)以乙酸乙酯作溶剂,将15份步骤(1)的氧化锌晶须加入到40份环氧树脂中,搅拌混合均匀即得改性环氧树脂。
具体地,所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮衍生物,可选型号Nordes C15;消泡剂为改性的聚硅氧烷,可选型号H52-3;流平剂为氟改性丙烯酸脂,可选型号A-1377。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明制备的改性醇酸树脂,将二氧化硅分子引入树脂分子链中,可以提高醇酸树脂的附着力和硬度、漆膜光滑平整,柔韧性好,漆膜的电气强度、耐水性、硬度、热稳定性均得到提高。
(2)本发明将氧化锌晶须用聚乙烯醇和羧甲基纤维素钠处理后,有利于三维针状结构的均匀分散,并且降低了晶须的本体电阻,晶须应用于环氧树脂中能保持其原有的三维结构,且能均匀地分散于树脂基体中,相互搭接成网络结构,降低了环氧树脂的电阻,使漆膜具有较好的抗静电的作用。
(3)本发明的绝缘漆使用范围广,附着力高,耐候性优良,固化后硬度高,抗静电性好,不变色,不起皱,不易剥落。
(4)本发明制备方法简单,原料易得,成本低,适合大规模生产。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,以下结合实例,对本发明进行进一步的详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗静电绝缘漆,以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:丁醇醚化脲醛树脂5份、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3份、改性醇酸树脂15份,成膜助剂10份、填料15份、改性环氧树脂10份、防腐剂1份,消泡剂1份、流平剂3份、乙酸乙酯余量。
其中,改性醇酸树脂按如下步骤制备:(1)在催化剂HCl作用下,24份正硅酸乙酯与20份异丁基三乙氧基硅烷于48份乙醇介质中,在温度为40-50℃下水解缩合反应5h,制得硅树脂备用;(2)在干燥氮气气体的保护下,将22份三羟甲基丙烷、22份1,2-丙二醇、10份马来酸酐加入到装有电动搅拌器和油水分离器的四口烧瓶中,搅拌混合均匀;(3)向步骤(2)中加入0.1份氢氧化锂和0.5份抗氧化剂1010,缓慢升高温度至200-220℃,当体系酸值为50-55mgKOH/g时,停止加热,制得醇酸树脂;(4)降低温度至100-120℃,按一定的质量比加入步骤(1)制备的硅树脂,继续反应2-3h,加入5份丙二醇乙醚搅拌均匀,继续降低温度至60℃,加入10份二乙醇胺反应0.5-1h,即得改性醇酸树脂,其中,硅树脂与醇酸树脂的质量比为3:5。
其中,成膜助剂包括重量份数的如下组分:
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛20份、轻质碳酸钙10份、炭黑3份、滑石粉5份、凹凸棒黏土15份、有机膨润土10份、环甲基硅氧烷5份、乙酸乙酯余量。
制备方法是将轻质碳酸钙、炭黑、滑石粉、凹凸棒黏土、有机膨润土加入乙酸乙酯中,研磨分散,然后,再加入聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和环甲基硅氧烷,升温至40-50℃,搅拌反应1-2h,即得。
其中,填料包括重量份数的如下组分:
丙烯酸树脂20份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺1.5份、高岭土10份、硫酸钡10份、金属混合物42份,乙酸乙酯余量。
其中,改性环氧树脂按如下步骤制备:(1)将15份氧化锌晶须加入到10份聚乙烯醇和3份羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液中,去离子水余量,在温度为50-60℃超声分散3-5h,过滤干燥,即得处理好的氧化锌晶须;(2)以乙酸乙酯作溶剂,将15份步骤(1)的氧化锌晶须加入到40份环氧树脂中,搅拌混合均匀即得改性环氧树脂。
一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)按组成原料的重量份将成膜助剂、填料、防腐剂、消泡剂加入到乙酸乙酯溶液中,加热至40-50℃,超声分散30-40min,加入丁醇醚化脲醛树脂和乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯、,在600~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌20~30min;
(2)将步骤(1)升高温度至50-60℃,加入改性醇酸树脂、改性环氧树脂,在600~1000r/min转速条件下,搅拌40~50min;
(3)加入流平剂,在600~800r/min转速条件下,搅拌分散10~20min;混合均匀后加到研磨机中研磨分散均匀,过滤得到细度为30-45μm的物料,包装即可。

Claims (7)

1.一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于:以重量份数计,由以下组份组成:丁醇醚化脲醛树脂5-8份、乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯3-5份、改性醇酸树脂15-20份,成膜助剂10-15份、填料15-20份、改性环氧树脂10-15份、防腐剂1-3份,消泡剂1-3份、流平剂3-5份、乙酸乙酯余量。
2.由权利要求1所述的一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于,所述的改性醇酸树脂按如下步骤制备:(1)在催化剂HCl作用下,24份正硅酸乙酯与20份异丁基三乙氧基硅烷于48份乙醇介质中,在温度为40-50℃下水解缩合反应5h,制得硅树脂备用;(2)在干燥氮气气体的保护下,将22份三羟甲基丙烷、22份1,2-丙二醇、10份马来酸酐加入到装有电动搅拌器和油水分离器的四口烧瓶中,搅拌混合均匀;(3)向步骤(2)中加入0.1份氢氧化锂和0.5份抗氧化剂1010,缓慢升高温度至200-220℃,当体系酸值为50-55mg KOH/g时,停止加热,制得醇酸树脂;(4)降低温度至100-120℃,按一定的质量比加入步骤(1)制备的硅树脂,继续反应2-3h,加入5份丙二醇乙醚搅拌均匀,继续降低温度至60℃,加入10份二乙醇胺反应0.5-1h,即得改性醇酸树脂。
3.由权利要求2所述的一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于,所述的硅树脂与醇酸树脂的质量比为3:5。
4.由权利要求1所述的一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于,所述的成膜助剂,包括重量份数的如下组分:
聚乙烯醇缩丁醛20份、轻质碳酸钙10份、炭黑3份、滑石粉5份、凹凸棒黏土15份、有机膨润土10份、环甲基硅氧烷5份、乙酸乙酯余量。
5.由权利要求1所述的一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于,所述的填料,包括重量份数的如下组分:
丙烯酸树脂20份、乙烯基双硬脂酰胺1.5份、高岭土10份、硫酸钡10份、金属混合物42份,乙酸乙酯余量。
6.由权利要求1所述的一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于,所述的改性环氧树脂按如下步骤制备:(1)将15份氧化锌晶须加入到10份聚乙烯醇和3份羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液中,去离子水余量,在温度为50-60℃超声分散3-5h,过滤干燥,即得处理好的氧化锌晶须;(2)以乙酸乙酯作溶剂,将15份步骤(1)的氧化锌晶须加入到40份环氧树脂中,搅拌混合均匀即得改性环氧树脂。
7.由权利要求1所述的一种抗静电绝缘漆,其特征在于,所述的防腐剂为异噻唑啉酮衍生物,消泡剂为改性的聚硅氧烷,流平剂为氟改性丙烯酸脂。
