・コークス炉ガスが貫流するガス流路と、
・このガス流路内に有る、冷媒が貫流する熱交換器部品と、
・この熱交換器部品の上に有る散布装置と、
を有し、その際この熱交換器部品のガス側の熱交換器面が、この散布装置によって供給される流体で濡らされている冷却器に関する。

Claims (4)
- 凝縮する含有成分を含むコークス炉ガス用のガス冷却器であって、この冷却器は、
・コークス炉ガスが貫流するガス流路(6)と、
・流路を形成するためのスペーサー(7)を用いて、少なくとも一つの熱交換器ユニットに組み立てられている、冷媒が貫流する冷却板(5)と、
を有し、その際この熱交換器ユニットは、これらの冷却板(5)を垂直方向に向けて、ガス流路(6)内に配置されているとともに、この熱交換器ユニットの上には、散布装置(2)が配備されているガス冷却器において、
これらのスペーサー(7)によって形成されるガス流路は、コークス炉ガスが貫流するとともに、散布装置(2)から流れ出る流体が当たって流れ、その結果これらの冷却板(5)のガス側の熱交換器面が、この流体で濡らされ、この熱交換器面上に、この流体の膜が、形成されて、コークス炉ガスから凝縮する含有成分を運び出すことと、
この熱交換器ユニットは、交換ユニットとして、横方向からガス流路(6)内に取り入れることができることと、
を特徴とするガス冷却器。 - 当該の熱交換器ユニットは、ガス流路(6)が垂直に横切るように配置されており、コークス炉ガスが、当該の熱交換器面上を流れる流体の膜に対して同じ方向又は逆方向の流れとして、この熱交換器ユニットを貫流することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス冷却器。
- 当該の熱交換器ユニットは、ガス流路(6)が水平に横切るように配置されており、コークス炉ガスが、当該の熱交換器面上を流れる流体の膜に対して横方向の流れとして、この熱交換器ユニットを貫流することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のガス冷却器。
- 当該の散布装置(2)が、ガス流路(6)内に固定して取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3までのいずれか一つに記載のガス冷却器。
