Abstract
本发明涉及一种燃气净化装置，净化器的结构由普通净化器的体内循环改成体外循环，由常规净化器的喷淋头改为喷淋水箱，并装有水幕墙隔板，迫使气体逆向穿越水幕墙，加大了喷淋用水量和喷淋水池容积，使用后的喷淋水进入喷淋水池，冷凝下焦油和杂质，焦油漂浮在水面上，收集后装入焦油池内储存、销售。杂质沉淀于池底，换水时清理存放，于草木灰一起还田。

本发明涉及一种燃气净化装置。
背景技术
在采用有机物制取燃气过程中，燃气中带有焦油和灰尘颗粒，这种燃气供给用户，极易堵塞燃气具，因此，通常采用喷淋式净化器对燃气进行处理，以除去燃气中的焦油和固体杂质，普通净化器净化循环水为净化器内循环，其净化效果差，而且喷淋头极易阻塞，影响燃气净化。
发明内容
针对现有燃气净化器存在的缺陷，本发明提出一种净化效果好，没有喷淋设备阻塞，使用方便的燃气净化装置。
解决上述技术问题的具体技术方案是：一种水幕喷淋净化器，其特征在于：在净化器体(3)上制有进气口(10)和出气口(6)，在净化器体(3)内顶部装有隔板(4)，在隔板(4)下端装有横向隔离板(24)，在横向隔离板(24)下装有纵向隔离板(12)，在进气口(10)一侧净化器体(3)内壁上和纵向隔离板(12)上装有相互交错的水幕墙分离板(9)，在隔板(4)下面装有冷却器(23)，在冷却器(23)内装有冷却管(5)，一端制有冷却水入口(8)，另一端制有冷却水出口(7)，在冷却器底部装有隔离板(25)，一端与纵向隔离板(12)相连接，在净化器体(3)上部，装有喷淋水箱(2)，喷淋水箱(2)上制有喷淋水接口(1)，喷淋水接口(1)以给水管(22)连接自吸水泵(18)，自吸水泵(18)下端接有单向阀(19)，在进气口(10)一侧下部装有溢流管(11)及排污口(15)，在出气口(6)一侧下部制有人口(13)及排水口(14)。
本发明的有益效果：
1)净化器的结构由普通净化器的体内循环改成体外循环，加大了喷淋用水量和喷淋水池容积，使用后的喷淋水进入喷淋水池，冷凝下焦油和杂质，焦油漂浮在水面上，收集后装入焦油池内储存、销售。杂质沉淀于池底，换水时清理存放，于草木灰一起还田。
2)水幕喷淋净化器内装有水幕墙隔板，迫使气体逆向穿越水幕墙，洗下大颗粒的杂质和部分焦油，同时利用流速和转角力7次甩下大颗粒的杂质，达到分离净化目的，并降下气体的温度，使焦油冷凝下来。
3)由常规净化器的喷淋头改为喷水箱，增大了喷淋面积，避免喷水设备阻塞，减少了操作工对喷淋头的清洗和维修工时，降低了操作工的劳动强度。
4)在水幕喷淋净化器内设有气水分离冷却区，使气体内的水分在净化器内得到有效的分离。

具体实施方式
结合附图详细说明本发明水幕喷淋净化器的结构。
在净化器体3上制有进气口10和出气口6，在净化器体3内顶部装有隔板4，在隔板4下端装有横向隔离板24，在横向隔离板24下装有纵向隔离板12，在进气口10一侧净化器体3内壁上和纵向隔离板12上装有6个相互交错的水幕墙分离板9，在隔板4下面装有冷却器23，在冷却器23内装有冷却管5，一端制有冷却水入口8，另一端制有冷却水出口7，冷却器冷却面积，依据进气量而定，在冷却器底部装有隔离板25，一端与纵向隔离板12相连接，在净化器体3上部，装有喷淋水箱2，结构如图3所示，在喷淋水箱的底面板上制有喷淋孔26，喷淋水箱2上制有喷淋水接口1，喷淋水接口1以给水管22连接自吸水泵18，在进气口10一侧下部装有溢流管11及排污口15，在出气口6一侧下部制有人口13及排水口14，在排水口14上装有连接水管21，通入清洗水池20，自吸水泵进水管插入清洗水池20内。
燃气在水幕喷淋净化器内的运行和净化过程是：
已经过除尘装置后的粗可燃气体首先逆向通过由水幕墙分离板9组成的高密水幕墙区，6次穿越水幕区，迫使气体内的大颗粒灰尘被喷淋水箱2喷出的循环水清洗下来，并把气体的温度由200℃左右降到150℃左右。然后上升的气体通过90°转角，进入隔板4前的水雾区，利用流速和转角力甩下残余的大颗粒灰尘，使气体再次与水彻底混合，以达到彻底清洗和降温，气体穿过冷却器水雾区后，进入冷却器23内的冷却管5，此段为由逆向水流组成的第一冷凝管区，然后进入水封室17，再度降低气体温度，并使残余的焦油和杂质被清洗和冷凝下来，然后，已净化的气体再次通过360°转角，气体再次由下至上地穿过冷却器23的冷却管5，即冷却器23内的冷却水与气体同向的第二冷凝管区，利用速度和转角力再一次进行气液分离，使其冷却至常温状态，把残余的焦油冷凝下来，然后进入气室16，再通过90°转角，最后一次利用流速和转角力进行分离后，由出气口6通过管道进入分离器内脱水。
由排水口14排出的清洗水进入清洗水池20内，由自吸水泵18循环使用，清洗水池20内的焦油和杂质可定期清理。

1. 一种水幕喷淋净化器，其特征在于：在净化器体(3)上制有进气口(10)和出气口(6)，在净化器体(3)内顶部装有隔板(4)，在隔板(4)下端装有横向隔离板(24)，在横向隔离板(24)下装有纵向隔离板(12)，在进气口(10)一侧净化器体(3)内壁上和纵向隔离板(12)上装有相互交错的水幕墙分离板(9)，在隔板(4)下面装有冷却器(23)，在冷却器(23)内装有冷却管(5)，一端制有冷却水入口(8)，另一端制有冷却水出口(7)，在冷却器底部装有隔离板(25)，一端与纵向隔离板(12)相连接，在净化器体(3)上部，装有喷淋水箱(2)，喷淋水箱(2)上制有喷淋水接口(1)，喷淋水接口(1)以给水管(22)连接自吸水泵(18)，自吸水泵(18)下端接有单向阀(19)，在进气口(10)一侧下部装有溢流管(11)及排污口(15)，在出气口(6)一侧下部制有人口(13)及排水口(14)。
